"My family is staying here on 11 -18 Feb 2024 for our Ski holiday. First of all, the hotel and room looks nice. We like the room so much. Back to reality: To go skiing, we have to take the subway and carry ski by ourselves. I asked myself a question…is it a five star service? To be honest, we have been staying in many five star hotels. It is the first hotel that provides no services on this regard. The other 5 star will bring you to the slope or at least to the Tal station. Also, the ski locker cannot be locked. Hmm, don’t ask me why. You should not have any extra request from this hotel. They are not flexible to fulfill your request. Otherwise they will scare you. For example, my kids would like to see more options of DVD to select, the receptionist said to me: “We are not a DVD shop.” I got shocked when I heard this. Sorry to interrupt you with our problem! To conclude, so far I think it is a 5 star for the price, but the service mindset of some staff needs to be improved a lot. I don’t agree that it is 5 star or even 5 star plus. In light of the above experience, I don’t think I can recommend this hotel."

"The room we stayed in was located just under the roof with no balcony. It was big, but had a broken door and cloth hanger and the refrigerator was difficult to close. Too expensive for the quality of the rooms. The check-in, hotel service and breakfast were at St Zeno Hotel next door. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend St Zeno hotel instead."

"Unfortunately, our stay at the hotel was not as pleasant as we had hoped. We were not greeted in a friendly manner when we checked in. The lady at reception insisted that we present the booking documents in printed form, which we did not have with us. Her communication seemed unprofessional and unhelpful. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. The bread seemed to be from the day before and there were no fresh products, which we would have expected from a hotel of this category. Another negative point was that the sauna was closed on Saturday. We were already standing at reception in our bathrobes when the employee told us that this was posted everywhere, including in the elevator. There was indeed a notice there, but it was very small and easy to miss. An information sheet with the most important information on arrival would certainly have been helpful here."

"A wonderful hotel that welcomes people of all ages. We have stayed at this establishment on four separate occasions, and each time we have been met with the utmost professionalism, kindness, and, most importantly, a sense of belonging to a large family. The spa features spacious rooms, both indoor and outdoor natural pools, and a kid-friendly family spa. Everything is immaculate. Private spa, two hours in a paradise location. Please try it!! Sensational food, very well presented, which is also a pleasure just to look at. A hotel that has 5 superior stars but should be a 7 stars. BRAVO, Fam. Schalber and Co.!! Until next time. 😍"

"I have been to the hotel three times so far, once in summer, and twice in winter for snowboarding. Regardless of the season, I was very impressed with the service level provided! I would especially comment on the cleanness, and comfort of the room, Spa area which is very spacious, and has everything you need for an active recovery after a long day at the slopes. The food is amazing, and is available 4-5 times throughout the day, with huge variety for everyone's appetite!"

"We stayed at Bellevue Hause, which are appartments operated by Vaya St. Zeno Serfaus. The appartment was a bit outdated, and the floor creeked badly but it was spacious and clean, and had a good shower. We enjoyed our breakfast and dinner daily in the restaurant of the hotel. Breakfast was very good. Dinner gave us and the children various options. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The Dutch trainees Lot and Zara were the favorites of our kids. And also Carlos and the headchef were attentive. The spa facilities were also surprisingly good. Location was superb - walking distance from the lifts.
