"The hostess of this place is UNBELIEVABLE in the most negative way We kindly asked, if an early check in would be possible and it was eventually arranged, but we already had a bad feeling about it, because of messages sent to us by the “hostess. When we arrived, we were welcomed by the husband. He was very polite and nice. We got our small room and his wife (“the hostess”) came to introduce herself. She said nothing but her name and then turned to her husband and asked (in French) if we are going to eat dinner at their place. The husband told her no, as we wanted to experience the town in the evening. When the wife heard that, she decided not to like us and wanted to make us as non-welcome as she could do. We went down to the pool and took two towels from the table on the pool side, as we thought they were pool towels. We had a nice discussion with the husband by the poolside and he said nothing about the ”wrong towels”. The husband left and the wife came from the house shouting about the towels we took. The husband was trying to calm her down without any success. I went to ask what was wrong and got very angry answer ”These are not your towels!!! You should ask me! Don’t take anything without asking” She kept on shouting and I tried ask if we get some pool towels then. She did everything to make us feel uncomfortable. She was checking on us all the time. There was ”an honest bar” and when we took a bottle and marked it on the list she came to us on the poolside and lifted the bottle to check that we didn´t cheat! Suddenly she came and gave us some olives for aperitif. We thought that the husband has told her to behave, so she wanted to compensate somehow her bad behavior. No that was not it. She gave us a small bowl of olives and said nothing - was just making some whistling noise. We ate some olives and found one in the bottom that was half eaten! She did that in purpose! I have a picture of that to prove, but of course she would say that we did it by ourselves. When we were leaving, she wanted to check our room before we left that we didn’t take anything! I was like this is too much! I was about to leave, but she wanted to say the last word! I tried to give her feedback, but she didn´t listen at all. She was looking so pleased to see me upset. She was so pleased that she could again humiliate me. She was shouting how everybody is always happy there and how nice person she is. Whaaat! While she made our stay miserable, she made sure that the other guests were happy - this is her tactic, so she can tell that there are no complaints from the other guests, and we are just imagining things. She is an incredible person in the most negative way. We feel sorry for her, but even more we feel sorry for her husband. He is very kind and nice - totally opposite than his wife. Think the man has been in hospitality business for a long time and the wife not. She should never be in hospitality business or any customer service position. They have a nice place "

"Отличное место для семейного отдыха с потрясающим видом из окна. Большой номер с двумя спальнями и двумя санузлами позволяет отдохнуть и с детьми и от детей :) Единственное что слегка омрачает отдых - количество паркомест, с трудом запарковавшись возле отеля не хочется никуда выезжать, потому что можно потерять место"

"A wonderful stay at Casa Belle looked after by Celine and Julien who were exceptional hosts. Beautiful old house with a lovely relaxing pool area, breakfast on the terrace was an absolute treat with homemade yogurt, jam and everything else you could want. Highly recommend"
