"This was a great little hotel. We spent one night. Easy free parking. Nice clean room. We stayed in the accommodation a street up from the main hotel. Reception staff were excellent. Breakfast was really good. The town is not a tourist hub. You walk across the bridge into the old town and it is gorgeous."

"We were very excited about staying here but the room was quite small with no windows and I like natural light. I’m sure you can pay more for a better room. Pool is lovely as is the location. Food was ok but I don’t really eat meat so very limited on choices. There is nothing veggie on the mains and vegans will starve: I had fish both nights and didn’t enjoy either main. Starters were good. Breakfast was a plate of meat with two bits of cheese so I’m not gaining weight on this holiday! Every cloud!"

"Quiet hotel, simple but pleasant triple room. Well heated, with comfortable bedding. Blackout curtains would be appreciated. The walls are rather thin, allowing you to hear conversations from the next room, but good value for money. The elevator was a plus. I recommend this hotel."

"Well located, room a little obsolete and lacking maintenance. The mattress is very hard and the bathtub is very narrow with little screen, which means a lot of water goes outside. We had some room neighbors playing bachata type music until 12:30 a.m. which they stopped after complaining to the reception three times. I don't know if the other rooms are like that, but ours could be heard even when they went to the bathroom. Regarding the spa, the pool is very correct with a good temperature, the jacuzzi is very small, it seats six but it is really for two people... which if there is already someone there you can no longer access. The staff is quite friendly. Passable cafeteria food and since they had people in the restaurant we had to wait a long time to be served. Very extensive breakfast buffet but with little quality product. Summary: site for people from outside who do not know the authentic product of the area. Our opinion quality price is not worth it."

"My friend and I used it as a base for motorcycle rides in to the Pyrenees for four nights. They have a secure garage for the bikes which is free if you book direct and it’s beside the police station to boot. We ended up having the breakfast every morning as it was good and the omelets we’re perfection. The staff were very friendly and helpful, advising on restaurants etc and noting on a map the ones in involved in the Thursday drink and tapas for three euros event. The town was quite at the start of the week but there was always something open for a meal on the evening. All in all a good hotel for exploring the mountains."

"A hotel that doesn't deserve 4 stars. The cleanliness of the bathrooms... if you can call it that, of course. When a guest leaves to greet others, they don't even clean the shower to disinfect it, and they don't wash the glasses with anything other than water. They dry them afterwards with the same cloth they used to dry the toilet, and they use that same cloth to dust the room. A disgrace."
