Удобства в номере очень хорошие. Удобства и пол с подогревом очень полезны. Отель расположен очень близко к северным воротам древнего города Дукезонг. Самое удобное, что у отеля есть парковка для парковки (немного хлопотно идти на ресепшн, чтобы отсканировать код для регистрации на парковку). Когда я не смог его найти, я позвонил и приехал за ним, обслуживание очень хорошее, номера хорошие.

В номере чистая кровать, чистая ванная комната, новый туалет и увлажнитель для балансировки влажности в номере. Удобно добираться до старого города и туристических достопримечательностей. Обслуживание дружелюбное, персонал может общаться и предоставлять информацию на английском языке.

We had a great stay at the 5th Meteorite Light Year Hotel in Shangri-La and would definitely return. The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore the old town including the temples and the big prayer wheel, and offers the added convenience of free underground parking. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free using a translation app, with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are well-equipped with underfloor heating, ensuring a cozy atmosphere, and the air conditioning system includes oxygen regulation, which is particularly beneficial at high altitudes in case of AMS. However, there are a few minor downsides. The hotel does not offer a proper international breakfast, and the reception is somewhat difficult to find, especially for foreigners like us. Additionally, housekeeping did not replenish shower gel, amenities, or coffee in the room during our stay. Despite these small issues, the hotel provides outstanding value for money, and we would happily stay here again!

Convenient location to visit the old town or grab a bus/taxi to move around.

For the cost of 110 usd+ / night & premium rating on Trip.com, this hotel is very bad in any aspects: services, location, facilities and cleanliness. - Services: front-desk was bad, no one speak English (if this is receiving Foreign Guests, at least should speak some). No one help us to carrying luggages to the room, no introducing on what services that the hotel provide & breakfast are terrible (very poor choices for foods, and foods are cold). - Location: near Dukezong Ancient Town, however, not like they said: "in the commercial zone" =＞ actually all shop are closed, It likes a abandonned town, just hotel openning. - Facilities: feel like long time no maintenances, room is smell bad with the mixing smells of old car and smoke in room. - Cleanliness: the WCs was totally wet after they do the room cleaning (no proper cleaning afterall) Hence, this hotel is super bad for the price + rating they currently are. THEY are more like a BUDGET INN.

The hotel was perfect for us, especially its location. The room size was good. To improve, I would suggest they offer laundry service in the future as we couldn't wash our clothes here.Thanks!

酒店鬧中取靜，房間寬敞舒適，乾淨衞生，房間裏有彌散氧氣，前台小姐姐還親自教如何開啟氧氣空調。家人都住得非常滿意！好評！

酒店服務很好，在進房間之前就提前開會了取暖器，房間裏面還是供氧的，就很不錯既解決了高原地區天氣冷和缺氧的問題點贊，地理位置特別好 就在古城附近 停車方便 工作人員服務熱情主動拿行李，還給了一些旅遊景點的建議
