При бронировании я обманулся красивыми картинками в интернете, а после заселения был очень разочарован. Прежде всего, гигиенические условия были крайне плохими: на простынях были явные пятна и волосы, на унитазе даже был неотмытый жёлтый налёт, и даже одноразовые тапочки издавали специфический запах. Диван слишком маленький и высокий, сидеть на нём было неудобно, а сама комната маленькая, что создавало очень гнетущее впечатление. Кондиционер шумел, как трактор, и я трижды просыпался посреди ночи. Два маленьких человечка по соседству щебетали всю ночь. На стойке регистрации небрежно сказали: «Все номера такие». Утром я позавтракал и попросил повара принести мне булочку, но он проигнорировал меня. Булочка была настолько ужасной, что вкус был неприятным. Я был зол, и моё настроение испортилось на весь день. Отель находится в отдалённом месте, и мне пришлось ждать такси 40 минут. Звукоизоляция как у картона, а шаги в коридоре и работающий телевизор за соседней дверью не прекращались всю ночь. За такую цену можно остановиться в сетевом отеле получше. Советую всем открыть глаза и не наступать на гром! Важные вещи повторяются трижды: не наступать на гром! Не наступать на гром! I had a really great stay at FunGee X Hotel Shenzhen. The bed was super comfortable and I slept very well. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. They also provide free soft drinks, which was a nice touch. Another highlight is how convenient and efficient their service is – I was able to receive my Taobao deliveries without any hassle. I did some laundry during my stay, and the staff kindly moved my clothes to the dryer and even delivered them back to my room – such thoughtful service! They also helped me print out some documents quickly and smoothly. Overall, the staff are very efficient and attentive, and the hotel is both comfortable and practical. Highly recommend staying here!

My stay was very pleasant. Although my Chinese is not good, the receptionist was patient and kind. She even offered to give me an English print for the room information. As for the room, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. I wasn’t hungry in the morning, but there were plenty of options to choose from. Overall, I am very happy I would come back.

The hotel itself is quite nice. Clean, modern, rooms are well designed… But overall my experience was bad. Nobody spoke english and every time I needed something from the staff it required a lot of time because they had to use translating apps for everything. They have an app with several services they offer, but it is also only in chinese. The breakfast was dreadful, easily the worst I’ve ever had. Usually hotels offer a continental breaffast, with some european-styled goods (croissants, breads, muffins, cakes, iogurts, cheese, ham, omelets, etc etc). They only had chinese products, and things like chicken nughets, pasta and rice. For breakfast!!! I ended up going to the convenience store to get a toastie and a latte. Also, everytime you go to breakfast, first you have to go to the reception to get a “coupon”, which is annoying, especially in the morning. The Wi-Fi was slow, so I ended up using my own data sometimes. On a positive note, i felt the employees were nice and were trying to do their best. Its definitely a management issue. Also, they have a robot that delivers things to your room, and robots are cool. Overall, i’d only recommend this hotel for chinese people, so if you’re not chinese stay away from this place.

Very very good hotel, it is stylish, clean, and very welcoming staff. They have treated us with great hospitality, welcome drinks and gifts. Location is also very good, some markets and restaraunts around. Conecpt of the hotel is quiet remarkable, thought to details. I was amazed with the robot that delivers food to the rooms. Also price per bight is very affordable.

The hotel is newly opened with modern decoration style. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Receptionists is good service. Only the sound insulation needs to be strengthened, there have a kids in the morning calling “Xiaodu” at corridor, and my room’s “xiaodu” get response immediately. Beside this , highly recommend and definitely we will visit again.

I had great stay at Fungee SZ hotel. The room is chic, clean and brand new renovated with laundry room, free snacks and free drinks in fridge. The location is in city centre with local restaurants and convenience store just downstairs. And it is only 10 mins walk to metro station. I will definitely come back again.
