Industrial near airport. Clean. Staff helpful friendly. Few words from Google translate helpful. Little around for food etc. good for overnight stay.

Staff went out of their way to help, even though my language was not their first language. The staff did an amazingly great job in communicating. Hotel was impeccably clean. Simple and uncomplicated. Very pleased with everything including the great rate.

It looks pretty on the outside but the inside its horrible. Dirty, Smells, extremely dirty, very noisy and horrible customer service. Employees don’t accept your privacy and they go inside your room without any advice. I had not checkout of my room yet and when I came back there was already somebody there laying on my bed and all my belonging inside. Unacceptable customer service. I WILL NOT RECOMEND STAYING AT THAT PROPERTY. The worst part is that Management don’t care.

If your coming from the airport careful since taxis will over price you. Try to get an Uber by OXxo. Also there are no food delivery service at this location. Room was good. Reception is average. They don’t mention what comes with the stay. The gentleman took my ID told me where my room was and that’s it. There was no bottle water, when I went to ask the receptionist seems annoyed and mad which he had no reason to be. Day time seemed ok to walk to the back and get food but at night you could here disruption.( Scary)

Hotel is located near the airport, clean, comfortable and over all the price is a bargain. Strongly recommend.

No water on the toilet no pillows and ceramic parts falling from the wall

Check in was difficult because I had booked through *******. The lady that helped me was kind, but she had to make multiple phone calls to finalize things on her end, so check in took about 20 min. I was escorted to my room by a pleasant gentleman, & at first glance, all was well, but I later found a black stain on my sheets. I booked one night at this hotel for proximity to the airport, but it is not in walking distance. I asked if they had shuttle service & was told they did for $120 peso fee, but Uber was cheaper. I tried to get a ride from Uber, but had problems, so I asked for the shuttle the next morning. I had $200 pesos, & the attendant told me he didn’t have change. I told him that was fine, I don’t need change. He waved me off & took me to the airport anyway, but when I arrived, he insisted again on me paying him, so I again gave him the $200 & he wouldn’t accept it & told me I had to give him $20. I emptied out my change, which did not equal $20, but he took it along with $100. Overall, organization just wasn’t what I needed it to be, the Wi-Fi was weak, & sheets were very hard, & I was woken at 5:00 am by someone calling, that had reached the wrong number. ******* has them listed as a bilingual hotel, but I only encountered one individual that spoke very broken English. I’d probably pay a bit more to the chain hotels nearby in hopes of a smoother experience & better quality bedding if I had it to do over.

Need to updated the address on map, it takes you to a different location. Staff was friendly.

The internet connection was slow and I could barely connect.
