"We have just left Skiathos Palace hotel, having stayed for 10 nights. The hotel is in a beautiful location overlooking the beach. We had a superior sea view room and the upgrade was definitely worth it. The view from our balcony was stunning, and the room was cleaned daily. The hotel was immaculate, the cleaning staff worked tirelessly. The gardens are beautiful and the pool area is nice and big. We never had an issue getting sunbeds by the pool and there were always plenty of beach towels at the shop near the playground. Most of the hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, the courtesy bus was a great feature which took you to and from the beach during the day and into town at night. You need to pre book seats into town after 9pm the night before. The Palace has its own beach, Maratha bay but you still have to pay 30 euros for 2 beds and a brolly. We thought this was extortionate and with it being the hotels beach, the beds should be free to guests. This is one of the things that takes this hotel down to a 4 star for me along with the fact it doesn’t make the most of what it has, there was no real evening entertainment, they charged 30 Enron’s per person to go to the BBQ on Saturday night if you wasn’t half board. There was no welcome drink on arrival at the hotel, no turndown service. The indoor bar was baking hot with no air con so it was never used by guests except for when the World Cup was playing England and they didn’t change the language to English which was poor. And the tourist tax is 15 euros a night based on a 5 star hotel. Which it isn’t, it’s the little things that let it down but you ask, did we enjoy our stay here? Yes, we did it was lovely it just could have been that little bit better."

"We have just returned from a 5 night stay at Thalassa Cape and I wanted to share that if you are thinking of going here - book it! The hotel is right on Megali Ammos beach where you can enjoy breakfast overlooking the sea. Комнаты исключительно чистые и имеют холодильник, безопасный, много места для виселицы. Рестораны рядом с отелем также стоит посетить. Нагрузка лодок доступна в порту. Вы должны зарезервировать Sunbeds на пляже, но они хорошо стоят этого. Только несколько шагов от моря и вы можете получить напитки и еду в свою солнечную кровать. Кроме того, есть прекрасная зона бассейна вокруг отеля с барной зоной. Что делает этот отель исключительным, так это персонал - все так полезны и дружелюбны, ничего не слишком много неприятностей с того момента, как прибыл до вылета. Дополнительная похвала Димитрию на пляже, который устроил наши солнечные кровати всю неделю, и Елени и приемной, которые были так милыми. Домой охраняют отель без пятна. Спасибо команде Таласса- я надеюсь посетить еще раз!"

"Really nice hotel. Great location a few minutes walk from Kanapitsa beach. Nice pool. Really friendly and helpful staff (some of whom are deaf). Rooms are comfortable and made up on a daily basis. The gym room was a nice addition even if I did only use it a couple of times."
