Kamay the Kohinoor Palace - A Heritage Hotel

Hotel is very average Hotel doesnt have a lift, so if you have elderly people who have difficulty walking please avoid. Hotel serves stale food, food quality is really bad. Except bread and butter there wasnt anything teliable in bfast buffet. Other items like poori, idly, poha were available but average. Room quality is aberage to bad, for example, we only had hot water flowing out of the tap, not cold water. Imagine having to deal with this in hot indian summer.

I am Avinash dashrath jadhao staying in Maharashtra pusad booked this hotel after looking at the photo and reviews of kimya palace in ayodhya 4* rating but nothing is good in hote kimya palace but the room in ayodhya is very bad which is worth 1000 rupees but not so much hotel services the food is bad,the breakfast is not good,the hotel staff does not support in any way.I have never seen such a very bad hotel in my life in so ***y years of travel. All the photos and videos of the hotel that have been sent on their site are bogus.it is better not to stay

I am Jagdish Hambarde staying in maharashtra pusad Booked this hotel after looking at the pictures and reviews of hotel kimya ( kohinoor ) palace in ayodhya 4* rating . But the facilities is not good and it's worst. kimya ( kohinoor ) palace But the rooms in this hotel is very bad which is wort 1000rs . But they charge us 12000rs per night . The service of hotel ***agement,food ,quality and the necessary things which we need is not provided by the hotel ***agement . The way we expected that wents wrong the hotel is not have lift service so we have to carry our luageg by ourself only.

The Kohinoor Palace in Ayodhya has the potential to be a truly special place to stay. The heritage building itself is beautiful and boasts a regal a**osphere. However, my recent stay fell short of expectations in a couple of key areas. Firstly, upon arrival, we were disappointed to learn that our confirmed booking wasn't prepared. There was a delay while staff sorted things out, which wasn't ideal after a long journey. Secondly, we were surprised to find out the restaurant wasn't serving dinner that evening. With limited options available nearby, this caused some inconvenience. While these mishaps were frustrating, it's important to note that the staff themselves were friendly and apologetic. Hopefully, these shortcomings were one-offs and the Kohinoor Palace can iron out these wrinkles to provide a smoother experience for future guests. Overall, it was an average stay at a hotel that could be quite special.

Really great experience staying in the place comfort stay and very cooperative staff. Spent 2 days there and was wonderful staying there everything was accessible from the location, and the staff is just great there recommended for everyone who is traveling there.

Its an amazing property to stay with good location ,great food,great staff. and its always us choice when we come to ayodhya , looks like a 5 star by the way they maintain it. They have great buffet with a variety of cuisine. I would definitely recommend place for anyone who visiting ayodhya.

Excellent property and great staff that go above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable during the entire stay . Everything from food to service was really good . Would like to stay again . It’s a perfect property for family travels. Location is very much close to temple .

Kohinoor Palace is such wonderful Property. Rooms are big and clean all time. Staff is very polite and always ready to assist. Specially ***ager of Kohinoor Palace he helps a lot for exploring Ayodhya.
