"Рейс был задержан и мы не смогли попасть в отель вовремя, отель отказался возвращать средства. Хотя мы приехали в отель на следующий день. Но trip.com пошел на встречу и предоставил скидку на следующее бронирование. Отель старый, очень шумно, мы неудачно попали , когда была свадьба. В ресторане тоже не очень чисто. Персонал отеля на ресепшен помочь в вопросе вызвать такси или подсказать какие службы доступны в Солапуре предложил такси за 700 рупий за 3 км. Это ненормально. Хотя наверно для них это в порядке вещей трясти побольше денег. В результате нам удалось спросить у других людей в не отеля и вызвать такси за 100 рупий. Это неприемлемо для отеля такого уровня. Хотя уровня никакого нет."

The hotel isn’t in the most central location, so getting to some parts of the city takes a bit of driving. Also, the road leading to the hotel is currently under construction, which can make the final approach a little inconvenient. Overall, it’s a decent 3 to 4 star hotel that offers good value for the price. If you’re looking for a clean, reliable place to stay with good service and don’t mind the location, it’s a solid choice."

"My wife and I stayed in Hotel Pratham, Solapur for 2 nights from 27th to 29th February 2024. Centrally located close to Saat Rasta junction, the hotel is easily reachable. The access is elegant with an expansive parking area that can accommodate 10 cars. The lobby has a nice waiting lounge. Mr. Shafi at the front office was very helpful with the checking-in process. The room was quite spacious and the bathroom clean. The AC was super effective despite a scorching Sun outside. The well-appointed room had an office desk, a large 43" LED TV , a glass-topped coffee table, coffee-maker ***** with ingredients for self-serviced tea & coffee. The mini-fridge was very effective which I don't find in most of the hotels at this price-point. The king sized-bed had a cushioned bench at the foot which was very useful for keeping the luggage. Mobile charging-points on both sides of the head-board proved to be very useful. One suggestion - the wardrobe in the room had only one clothes-hanger. Better quality hangers and more in quantity may be provided in the wardrobe. Late in the night, we called up the front office and asked for extra pillows. They were provided within 2 minutes flat. The restaurant and the Bar, I understand, run by a third-party in the basement has a good ambience. The buffet breakfast, though not exquisite, was good enough. The attached garden restaurant was cool and refreshing in the evening. We had an enjoyable stay at Hotel Pratham. I wish them all the best. Keep the service up."
