Thanks for the hospitality. This hotel is kid friendly, the food is amazing, so many options and changing everyday for some stations.

I stayed for two nights. Unfortunately, the room was extremely dim and smell of smoke, even though I had specifically requested a non-smoking room. It seemed like they tried to mask the smoke with air freshener, but the combination made it worse. Although it was supposed to be a non-smoking floor, there were ashtrays provided in the room and near the lift, which directly contradicts the no-smoking policy. To add to the discomfort, I found two baby cockroaches in my room — surprising and unpleasant, especially considering the room was on the 18th floor. The only redeeming part of my stay was the excellent customer service — the staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

Enjoyed our stay at Aston Simatupang. The staffs are great and helpful. Will come back here if we visit Jakarta again

I have stayed here several times. The room is standard with carpeted floors, clean, and comfortable. However, the lighting is a bit dim; it might be helpful if a standing lamp were provided in each room without having to request it. But for those who enjoy a dim atmosphere, this room is perfect. The location is very close to the toll gate. The food is varied, making it suitable for business trips or just a short stay.

Probably one of the better hotels in the area but could be better

Good location if you want to near simatupang business district or Aeon. It provides ott channel like netflix as well.

Stayed here for a friend wedding. Booking through Trip.com. Overall, room was nice but too DARK! no good spot for make up since its too dark. lighting very in need of improvement. Daytime light was okay since the room is surrounded by window, but at night, Junior suite room barely have any lights (only 2 hanging yellow dime light and the ceiling light above the window curtain.. imagine how dime is the room). Unfortunately, just after check in, found a small cockroach in the bathroom. went hidden after calling Housekeeping, but it was not dead. Pest control could be improved. For a four star hotel and higher category room type, i believe amenities could be improved. as the soap & shampoo provided was uncomparable below standard of other 4 star property like ascott / marriott, since they're using small tube of soap and shampoo. maybe they're cutting the cost there. breakfast overall was good. many variety of food from Indonesian - Asian - International. But eggs station could be improved, as during rush hour, the queue was quite long. It can be seen that the chef is overwhelmed and causing the food quality to go down.

Bed sheet has yellow stain, saw a small black cockroach in the wash room.

Only the shower room didn't satisfy me. First time u open the shower, bad smell will come

Front desk and Reservation Staffs helped me for connecting rooms, as requested. Satisfied with our stay as the rooms were clean and crisp. Breakfast menus were good. Staffs were friendly and helpfull. Great job you all!!
