The Vintage Srinagar at Dal Lake

We visited The Vintage in the 3rd week of April. It's situated 30 min from Srinagar airport. The location is absolutely picture perfect! The view from the room and resturant is alone worth staying in the hotel! It offers a clear view of Dal Lake which gets even better in the evening! Coming to reception, Asrar and Shahid were really helpful and courteous. They even went out of their way to ensure that we have a memorable stay. Room was neat- i have already mentioned about the view! The service was prompt and efficient as well. Food was at par with the view (if compared!) I mean we loved everything that we had.... right from Indian, Italian, Chinese and desserts. The breakfast spread was good and tasty. Would like to call-out that Singh sir and Pankaj from the restaurant were extremely polite, helpful, courteous and caterer to our needs. Thank you team Vintage (especially Singh sir, Pankaj, Asrar and Shahid) for making our stay enjoyable!

Amazing property and lovely roof top restaurant. Food and service at roop top restaurant was immaculate. Service straight from the heart. We celebrated two birthdays and extra focus on making it a memorable one . We traveled from Delhi, UK and Singapore. Thank you ***zur, Simran and the entire staff for your great hospitality. Highly recommend for stay and food in Srinagar.

Hotel is just across the street Dal Lake . Front desk was efficient in check inn . First day got room just above generator, due to which we couldn’t sleep , due to noise . Next day they change the Room . Comparatively rooms are ok. Bathroom is Small . Restaurant is THE Best with Dal Lake view . Chef is Excellent . Best place for FOOD . 5 Star for Food .

A clean comfortable and efficient hotel! Excellent dining experience on the terrace ! Very conveniently located. Very modern comfortable rooms. Clean and hygienic bathroom and toilets will all amenities provided for! Polite and friendly staff.

Awesome stay at the vintage , I was with my wife and kid here and we enjoyed a lot , Al thanks to whole staff for making our trip memorable and nice , we will definitely visit again next time , food , rooms and view everything was outstanding

An absolute bliss is what I would call this property. Nestled in the most picturesque valley, it’s a delight to be here. However that’s not the best part- the team that ***ages this hotel is truly spectacular. *Javed who assisted us with the rooms and the reservation made it all seem like a cake wall* His attention to detail was commendable Mr Bhatia who heads their food and beverage is a rockstar. He truly curated experiences for our entire family and mind you we ended up having most of our meals in the premises. Last but not the least would like to put in my heartfelt gratitude to Mr Javed - Duty ***ager - for leading it all from the front

The Vintage Srinagar is located just on Famous Dal Lake. Having the mesmerizing views of lake from rooms and the restaurant. the staff is very helpful and courteous. Always there to assist the guest. The food is delicious. I'll Highly recommend this property to my friends and family. Thank you Vintage Staff for making our holidays memorable.

Posting on behalf of my dad - I stayed at the Vintage Dal Lake Sri Nagar for 2 nights from April 8-10. We were a family of 15 with 6 rooms for our stay. Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise coming from the room above me causing a disruption to my rest. I informed the front desk about it and they didn’t do anything to help. The second night the noise continued until 1am and again I asked for help. The front desk ***ager- Javed says to me that I am “bull$hitting.” I was awe struck and shocked by these words as I have never been spoken to like this by any hotel staff nor have I ever heard of anyone being spoken to this way. As a paying guest, this is unacceptable and I will forever have a disgusting taste in my mouth for such a reputable 5 star hotel.

Hotel Vintage Srinagar exceeded our expectations with its exceptional hospitality, top-notch quality of stay, the team at the restaurant always accommodated our special request and served us Kashmiri speciality Nadru Yakhni, Dum Aloo, Rogan Josh, Goshtaba.....The staff especially Shahid Azad exuded warmth and hospitality that instantly makes guests feel at home. His attentive service and genuine care (serving Kahwa whenever asked for) ensured a memorable experience. One shouldnt miss the beautiful view of the Dal Lake from their restaurant. Thanks to Shahid Azad and other team members for making our stay so beautiful in this breathtaking destination.
