Would like to bring to your attention regarding the poorest and worst ever imaginable behaviour by all ur staff and can't even imagine a recruitment of lowest level of restraunt ***ager in ur so called hotel. 1.Whenver u call restraunt service on 666...only word u hear from ur ***ager mouth is "" IT'S Chargeable"". Is this the only word he has learnt before getting a job here or was there some special recommendation to appoint him? As far as i know...he could not have got a job even in the miniscule street level vendor. 2.Always asking for money/charges.Just now i called him for water while writing this mail and heard the same word...""Chargeable water"" 3.Asked him whether i can myself...repeat"myself" ..carry the dinner to my room and he said.."That's not allowed"" and was even murmuring s9me.slang in his own language even though dinner service is paid. Can u imagine this attitude even though he earns his bread butter from our money.Does he have a right to murmur? Am not even asking to send food...am myself carrying the food to my room and that too he does not like. 4.A ***ager like him must be some special recommendation else not fit for any kind of job. He is not even fit enough to speak. 5.I asked for few extra teab bags which are complimentary and guess the revert i received "" We cannot give u any extra TEA BAGS"". Isn't it shameful on ur part that u r denying even tea bags...leave aside some water. 6.Paid some good amount to stay and not even a complimentary drink/tea/coffee was offered.Only rushed into room and every one forgets about u. 7.Had to request for washroom slippers and then it was sent else no one cares. 8.One person specially visited to state that if i touch even one drink from fridge u will be "CHARGED". 6.My wife went to take some dessert after Dinner and Restraunt ***ager was eyeing her and showing dissatisfaction with his expressions.Was it not paid for earlier? 7.Why is the ***ager always asking for Money...seems he is Begging for money all the time. 8.Wifi doesn't work...right now while writing there's no wifi with message "Connected with no internet"" 9.One more hilarious verse from reception i received is ""Warm water has fixed timings" Just can't imagine someone at reception told me this. Just to conclude...travelled/stayed in ***y lowest to hifi hotels Including Taj but never ever met with such lowest level of staff. Will touch base with my reviews at all social media points and will not stop posting so that future clients stop coimg here.

The rooms are clean and hygienic. Also, it is comfortable a lot. The workers and the people here are very helpful and lovely. They help us in every doubtful situation or in anything which we can't understand. The view from the window is also too good and helps to keep the day like fun.

Experience was wonderful . The staff at Kareem Residency was very good . Especial thank to Aaquib and Bhataakib for their hospitality extend to us during our stay. Rooms were very clean and hygiene is maintained very well. Food was simple but good in taste.

Best hospitality in town with variety of delicious dishes. Location is in city with easy accessibility to market and tourist attractions. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Buffet dinner is with lots of variety and shef are with great experience.

I visited at Kareem Residency Srinagar, i found it very hospitable ***agement over, then I make the decision to work over there....!!!! Kareem Residency is very near to Baba Dharam Das ***dir Bishember Nagar khayam Srinagar, I met over there so ***y people nd i found them very humble to everyone

We had a good food here Mohsin. Thank you so much for your super service and ambience was so good. We satisfied with your service. Must recommended for families and groups. The hospitality was fantastic. There was a regular change in the menu too where we can have varieties of food everyday. Thank you so much Kareem Residency for the wonderful food experience and again to mention, the hospitality provided by you which made us to have a memorable trip.

The food was great, variety items and good service from Aaquib. Rooms were clean and quality experience, must visit with friends or family.
