Гости не могли присутствовать в ресторане и хуже, до конца утрашнего завтрака, они уже вывели нас из ресторана, настоящая абсурдная вещь, которая произошла в отеле с предполагаемыми 4 звездами. Гость всегда первый ... как только он должен был быть ..."

"Please avoid this hotel! I’ll be short… reception lady when we’ve checked in on 10th of August was rude and we felt her discriminatory with us as Easter Europeans ;my Master Card used in whole Germany and Austria during our holiday was rejected; we were accomodated in the historic building and it was a nightmare: rooms dirty ( we had two, one for our daughter) , the sheets were in an uncertain color , under one pillow sheet ( very large comparing with pillow sizes) we found a night butterfly dead since some time, half day we did not had hot water due to a mistake of a employee . No specialized personnel to help/solve. They tried by video call with the breakfast personnel ( one nice girl) to solve the plumbing issue.Live from under the bathroom sink… Incredible! In the room was very hot (28-30 degrees) and it was fitted just with a very noisy fan ( could not slept with this on). The room was a total kitsch with a plastic- glass bathroom in the middle of the room fitted with an oudated whirpool tube …. A decent shower ? Real challange! I will hardly consider this room a 2 stars . Forgot to mention that the paid tariff was for minimum 5 stars superior due to booking during Gaubudenvolkfest ( excellent festival!!!). For almost four hundreds euros /night ( just for our room) we paid also the hotel parking 10 euros/ day.No free coffee or free water in the rooms. Unbeliavable! And I could continue…It was the worst and most expensive accomodation in years for the ‘services’ provided. If somebody will insist to book at Villa Boutique, at least to refuse the rooms in the historical building. Maybe main building is okay… I’ m wondering what are the german standards giving 4 stars to a 2 stars ,at best, building/ hotel? Thank you all for reading!"

"The hotel is centrally located. Under the hotel is a large public parking garage, so ideally for travellers by car. When you walk outside of the door you are at the central market. The rooms are simple but spacious. This time we did not take the breakfast."

"Super-central, but still quiet. With us communication Super, a few days before again very nice and helpful telephone, the PIN for access + additional pin for bike garage is available on the arrival day by mail. We had app. "North Light", that's app. with garden view in 1.OG. All right. Small kitchen line with refrigerator, and for 2 pers. everything is there. But the main win is simply the bathroom MIT window. Shower backpack wonderfully hot water, and also really enough for 2 "Warm Duches". This leads unfortunately to the only small criticism point, because water pressure/quantity is unfortunately a little small, yet we have felt very well and can recommend it 100% further. Breakfast is optional on request, in the neighbouring hotel Theresientor for 16,- p.P., and also there 100% additional recommendation. Bike space in small garage just next to entrance (Extra PIN code)."
