Shawn Elizey Jabalpur It was an All MP Conference for which I Dr Shruti Malvi was visiting Jabalpur for a day. I was with Shawn Elizey on the 27th April day and night to check out in the morning of 28th April. It was Wedding Season and an all MP Conference with 100s of Delegates abd Faculty of renowned Gynaecs from all over the state were gathering. On entering the lobby on the scorching afternoon I got the scare of my life when I saw the lobby full of people in the process of checking in. Trying to prepare myself for a wait of a couple of hours minimum, I approached the front desk with a dismal heart. I witnessed many executives of the hotel staff running about in a frenzy both behind the desk and around, trying to sort the mayhem. I was greeted by Ms Sakshi Tripathi at the desk. To my surprise she instantly addressed me in the middle of the crowd at the desk. She got my check in done ever so smoothly, while carrying out the work that she was already into. In minutes she was there with my room key and I went about royally towards my room smiling inward. My stay was very comfortable. The room was spacious and welcoming. With the heavy load and influx at that moment, it was with superhuman efforts that the hotel managed every thing. The food was sumptuous. Cleanliness was well taken care of. Services were real prompt. I was super satisfied. I congratulate Shawn Elizey Management for such excellent sevices and hospitality. Thanks to staff like Sakshi, Nikhil and Saurabh Sir. The staff work over and above their duty hours without any qualms to get the things streamlined and the seniors support them totally. No other hotel for me for my future visits to Jabalpur, thats for sure.

It was superb. Only one modified you have to do with your food menu when you are providing main course dal makhani with laccha parantha. You should serve 2pcs laccha parantha avoid one piece, because wherever we are going in all over in india in combo we will receive 2pcs laccha *****-with dal makhani. This correction make you more better. Rest my stay ***** with hotel its marvelous.

The hotel is amazing for the long stays...the food and service is very good and the staff are fab I would like to thank sakshi tripathi for her helping nature she's sweet and always ready to help !! Overall experience was very good .I'm hoping to visit again !!

Everything was 10/10 except the drop. I requested for airport drop. The drivers almost dropped me to railway station

Overall nice stay and good food overall nice saty I think it's a good experience and I want again to stay overall good experience and I want again check in my kids and enjoy all out and that's a nice all the facilities in good and room size also big i think the best hotel in jabalpur

Stay was very good food was good staff was also very cooperative. Only problem was with their pool it was not. Maintained and my daughter got hurt because of that. Else everything was fine

I stayed with the hotel Shawn elizey. Had a very good experience.the service is excellent. The people here are very helpful and polite especially Sakshi from the front office. Had a blast and had a very fun time . The food was very nice , especially the dessert.

A beautiful property for business travelers as well as families looking for a calm and luxurious stay in Jabalpur. Away from the city hustle, the service team is also very courteous especially Sakshi who made sure I have a comfortable stay whenever I visit!!
