Fab Spotlessly clean hotel great customer experience staff very accomadating food very good for all inclusive plenty of choice only critism is sometimes cold but there is a microwave if needed...Good location so overall very happy with our holiday 😀 great VFM👍

Well been coming to sunny beach for last 10 years maybe 2 or 3 times a year and the perla is the best hotel by far. Room very clean and comfortable.staff friendly and a very very good selection of food. Got here early hours of 18th so still here. Room 318 pool.and sea view. Can't fault the hotel or the staff

The hotel is lovely and clean and the staff are very helpful The entertainment team Danni and Jenny did a great job and kept us all amused especially when the weather wasn't good The food is nice but you need to warm it up in the microwave as its not the hottest

Very modern hotel, very clean and staff brilliant, we are staying in room 704 which is on the 7th floor looking over sunny beach and the black sea, food is different daily and very tasty, there is nothing the staff won't do for you, just need to ask. Thank you.

The hotel overall is good, beautiful, with a recent renovation, and the rooms are nice. The food is delicious, and the staff is great, except for the reception. The reception was a disaster, especially the female staff. One of the receptionists, a girl with bangs and a ponytail, didn't even apologize when she gave us a non-functional room key, and we couldn't access our room. During check-in (by the way, they don't check in guests early; if you arrive at 5 am, you'll have to wait in the city until 2-3 pm, it is probably a rule, so I am writing just in case it is important for others), they failed to provide any information about the hotel. When I asked about meal times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, they handed me a piece of paper with the information. They also didn't inform us about the available entertainment activities, their schedules, or the locations, so we had to find everything on our own. Some reviews mentioned aqua aerobics, but when I asked at the reception, they had no idea about it. In the lobby, there was information about evening entertainment with animators, but there was no indication of the timings. As a result, we only dined at the hotel (the food was delicious, and the restaurant staff was fantastic), and we spent the entire day at the nearby beach. The staff at the restaurant and bars (especially Vera and the young men at the bar near the restaurant) were lovely and very friendly. The guys at the reception were also great. It's just the attitude of the female staff at the reception that ruined our experience. The lack of information provided was also disappointing. It was funny that there were the signs near the pool stating that reserving sun loungers is banned and any reservation (with your towels) would be removed. However, in reality, everyone occupied the loungers with towels from early morning, and no action was taken. Often, all we could see were towels on the loungers, but hardly any people around. By the way, I read somewhere that the hotel has good internet, but in our room, the internet barely worked, so we had to use roaming data. Nevertheless, the most important aspects were the beautiful rooms, delicious food, and the proximity to the sea. What more could you ask for?

Check in - Upon arrival we were provided our wrist bands and room even though check in wasn't for another two hours, which was great service and meant we could enjoy our first day. Food - This was one area that wasn't exciting for us, everyday there was the same items out. Breakfast eggs fried and scrambled, bacon, beans and some type of fried bread. Lunch and dinner was the same types of dishes daily, pork in some sauce which had no particular taste, 1 potato item like chips or potato slices, pasta and a sauce, soup and plenty of fresh fruit and salad. Desert items were cakes with a cream, same type of mini square cakes just different looking each day of no particular taste either. The meat I was careful of after reading reviews, and good job I checked as I had raw meat on a few occasions as well as undercooked most days along with other guests too. The food was always tepid never got no matter when you arrived, we went out twice as well to give us variation. Drinks - cocktails were ok nothing fancy not even a premium menu that you could pay extra for, they all had orange juice in them, so ok if that doesn't upset your tummy. Beer was nice and you could have vodka with coke or sprite. Room - Clean, modern and enough space for us both. Bathroom shower was leaking all over the floor so take care not to slip, air con didn't work very well. Pool - Too cold we both went in once for about 1 minute. If you are a petite person who can't swim you may find it too deep as well. Location - Good location, lots of places to eat and shops nearby, be careful on the dodgy pavements and massive kerbs.

Hotel is modern and clean, rooms are generous size but no drawers for clothes so had to leave underwear, shorts etc in the suitcase. No mini bar as stated. Food was good but repetitive, lots of pork and pizza and cold so ate out quite a bit. Fantastic location for the beach and restaurants. Pool area is in the shade a lot so didn't spend time there. All inclusive drinks were poor based on other place's we've stayed all inc. Overall had a great holiday but wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

We arrived in the early hours , we got to our room to find no water in the fridge and no kettle/ coffee making facilities. Not the best start when tired and thirsty. Already not the offerings of a 4 star hotel. The room was a good size, modern and clean. Our air con didn't work very well. Shower powerful and hot but did leak all over the floor due to not being sealed properly. Cleaning ladies came in every day and changed towels, replenished toilet rolls and changed sheets 3 times in the 10 nights we were there. Food : Cold !! A reasonable choice of the usual all inclusive, meats, salads, rice, cold meats/ cheese, soup etc. It was very tasty but never hot, not even warm the majority of the time. A chap stands there cooking the meat, which he would then put on plastic trays to go cold with nothing to keep it hot, on several occasions it wasn't even cooked properly so had to leave it and go get something else. At breakfast he will fry the eggs but again just leaves them to go cold instead of doing them to order like most places do, also no offers of omelette, which I missed. There was always pizza to snack on in the afternoon. I did mention to the Manager about the cold food, he shrugged and just told me the owner knows but does nothing ! If the food was cooked and served properly it would have been very good. All the drinks were OK, again pretty standard all inclusive offerings. Most of the staff were friendly enough, the girls in the restaurant worked hard ti keep tables clear. Pool area : Clean enough, freezing cold pool, at no point is the whole area in the sun, by the afternoon less than half the sunbeds were in the sun. There is another hotel right next door which blocks it out. If you want a bed in the sun all day you would need to be up very early. For this reason we did not spend much yime by the pool as I didn't want to sit in the shade. Location: Perfect for us, literally 5 min walk to the beach and bars/ restaurants and a 10 min walk to flower Street. Close enough to enjoy both without all the noise of the bars and clubs.

The rooms and hotel in general is clean and modern. Many different nationalities at hotel and animation team do well to get people involved in activities making people feel included. Air con isn’t great and give myself and partner chesty cough. Shower enclosure also leaks like a sieve due to no silicone seals on wall *****s. The food choice is very repetitive and some meat is not cooked through so be careful of this. Most is edible though and can always make some sort of a meal. Bar staff at pool bar tend to be miserable, staff to restaurant bar seem to have better people skills and are more polite. Drink choice is pretty limited, no Malibu or local version etc just basic spirits. The vodka isn’t bad but the rum is horrendous. Soft drinks are branded and beer is staropramen which is good. Majority of pool area only gets sun until around 2pm due to hotel next door causing shade and sun bed wars for the few sun beds that get the sun for majority of the day. Safe’s are in separate room from hotel lobby rather than been in the hotel room. There is fee for these around £21-22 for a week. Access to ***** and beach is not bad approx 5-10mins to both but may struggle if not fully mobile due to pavement conditions and huge kerbs. Chosen to go out a few days/ nights just for a change of scenery, there is plenty of local bars and restaurants in the area. Nessebar is walking distance along the beach and there is a quite a few beach bars on the way so can always stop for drink/toilet if needed. Boat also available from the end of flower street pier to Nessebar at 10 lev pp. Also had a day at the beach, 2 x loungers and umbrella 27 lev for the day. Would return if price was right but not longer than 7 nights in this hotel. Would be good with a bed and breakfast option in my opinion rather than just the all inclusive. I think you would struggle with children at this hotel as well due to there not been a huge amount of activities for them to do. Would suggest different hotel for families personally. Not the worst experience but nothing to shout about either
