First positives: rooms are big enough and just 1 min walk away from hotel are many buses bringing you to the main attractions like sun moon lake. The stuff was also friendly. But bed sheets are dirty: blood and hair from other guests - so much dust under the bed and dirt at the windows. For everything you get charged extra money. Room was not clean. The toilet doesn’t flush correctly and it smells terrible.

Great place. A little bit confusing as the reception is on the 9th floor and you have to pay attention to the signs to find the hotel. The room was great, nothing to complain about

Walking distance to Yi Zhong street, is a good location if u wan to stay at Taichung West District

Small but complete. The receptionist was very helpful, making the stay very enjoyable. It is within walking distance to Miyahara and Taroko Mall.

Their staff are good and provide help when needed. It is suggested that taking some insect repellents to the room in case they affect guest’s sleep quality.

The room and the service are good. The distance to Taichung is subjective, depending on people’s preference.

As i booked very last minute, with the price offer was cosider reasonable. It located at central district which just walking distance to Taichung train station. Feng Jia is quite far from the train station and not within walking distance. Miyahara is just nearby. Room wasn’t very big but for solo traveller is good enough.

The best thing is the situation of the hotel. Very near the Taizhong Train station and just at four meters of a bus station with a direct bus to the Airport in Taipei.

Nice place to spend a couple of nights. The room was small but had all that was needed. The staff were friendly and the lounge at the top floor was nice. Would recommend for sure!

Room is as pictured. I like that there’s a door code versus needing to carry a keycard. The top floor can also be used as a workspace with provided coffee machine, tea, and snacks after 5. Location is walkable from the train station and it’s located on the same block as the intercity bus station. Air conditioning works, but needs a cleaning as it gives off a smell if left on too long.

Do not come here unless is very hot weather. They do not have any form of heating and it is VERY cold and VERY HUMID inside the room. No matter if u open door or windows, it is extremely humid and condensed all day long, 24 hours even if it is sunny inside the room there is extreme humidity. The rooms are EXTREMELY small, do not trust the pictures. Shower water is boiling stuck at 100°C. Be careful you can burn your skin. Shower mixer won't work. The entrance of the place looks very sketchy, more like a motel than a hotel. The staff is untrained and unprofessional. Housekeeping is unheard of. The only good thing seems to be the coffee machine upstairs but you do not wanna stay there for too long since the fridge they got is noiser than a nuclear reactor. Funny enough, the place is far from cheap. Advise to management: Make up your mind, do you wanna offer low-cost affordable accommodation or do you wanna scale up the quality of your offering and charge more? Cause right now your scamming guests by charging them like you are too good, but seriously, self-reflect a bit and be a bit humble to see how poor is your offering.
