Хорошее расположение для путешественников, путешествующих по шоссе, рядом со станцией высокоскоростной железной дороги, ночными рынками и ресторанами. Просторный номер.

В этот раз мы с семьёй сменили около 3-4 отелей во время поездки на Тайвань, и этот отель произвел на нас наибольшее впечатление. Огромные кровати и чистый интерьер. Очень приятный персонал. Единственной странностью было отсутствие мыла для рук. Тем не менее, это отель 10/10, и нет другого места, где я бы предпочёл остановиться в следующий раз, когда приеду в Тайчжун!

В отеле много типов номеров, поэтому будьте внимательны при бронировании. Мне бесплатно предоставили использованную бесконтактную линзу на столике рядом с кроватью. Похоже, уборщица не протерла столик. Персонал отеля быстро ответил, что уберёт. Похоже, они просто вынимают линзы и протирают только этот столик. В моём номере довольно темно, а у коллеги свет нормальный. Выглядит немного новее по сравнению с моим. Мыла для рук не предоставляют. Отель заявил, что не предоставляет наборы из соображений экологии. Но это гигиенические средства, необходимые для здоровья.

Room had a musky/mouldy smell. Windows can't even be opened to air out the room. My throat started feeling funny within 5 minutes of being in the room. The bed had a funny stain. Mould can be seen on the ceiling. Absolutely ridiculous that this place is a 5* hotel, completely unliveable.

You can tell this was a 4-star hotel once upon a time, but it has definitely aged. The room felt old and tardy, needing a significant refresh. However, there are still some nice lingering touches, like the Crabtree & Evelyn shower gel provided in the bathroom. The location is excellent for exploring—it's near several bus stops that connect you to various places around the city. For food, skip the hotel and head to the ********* breakfast spot right opposite the entrance

Convenient location - with all sorts of stores around the vicinity. Tried the massage place across the street ( it was superb) and great beef noodles stall + boba tea all within walking distance. The hotel is nice and clean with a robotic cocktail bar in the lobby, and Starbucks too!

Very good hotel, clean and tidy, in the centre of RDoS.

I chose this hotel after reading many positive recent reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. • The staff member who checked us in was quite rude, leaving a poor first impression. • The hotel feels outdated and still uses physical keys. • My parents stayed in Block A, which has been renovated and is noticeably better, but the rest of the property shows its age. • Breakfast was underwhelming — limited food choices and guests are expected to clear their own plates. • There is a Starbucks in the lobby, but it only opens at 10 a.m., which is inconvenient for early risers. This is just my honest opinion based on my stay. That said, if you are lucky enough to get a room in Block A, the experience is much better with card access and newer facilities. Service quality seems to depend on the staff — while some were unfriendly, others were pleasant and helpful. Perhaps still worth a try if you manage to secure the renovated rooms. Good luck :)

The second stay. Well located and accessibly by MRT. The room is clean and tide with basic amenities. The hotel is supporting the environment. Bring own toiletries. Like the check in setting that comes in 3 individual receptions and this gives a classy good standard of service from the good old time.

Good location, very big rooms. Heated bathroom is a good add on! The staff could be a bit more flexible for slightly earlier check-in. One of the lady just said no to my face even before I explained to her why my question was or what was my name for the booking. I guess language barrier!

The hotel is definitely not a 5 star in terms of service and cleanliness. The service is not good : no check in before even if the room is ready, no presentation of the different services provided in the hotel and staff wasn’t that helpful. The location is not that great but it might just be the city. Not that many busses get there, lots of walking and not that many things to do nearby.

We were given a larger room than booked so it can be considered an upgrade. The view from the hotel room was decent and the hotel is located near Taiwan boulevard so it was easy to get ride hailing and taxis. The neighbourhood is easy to get around and there are enough amenities.

Receptionists were nice and friendly, helpful in ordering transportation for us. The location of the hotel is central within the city, it's so convenient to get to the city centre's attractions.
