Мы забронировали три улучшенных номера, и один из них был меньше остальных, хотя мы заплатили ту же цену. Номера были функциональными и чистыми, а уборка производилась быстро (до 10 утра). Выбор на завтрак был ограниченным, но достаточным. Однако стандарты обслуживания следует улучшить — персонал не очень помогал нам в решении наших проблем. Когда моей родственнице понадобился новый фен, потому что старый не работал, ей пришлось сделать несколько звонков, так как персонал пытался заставить ее самостоятельно устранить неполадки. Когда наш ключ-карта не работал, нам пришлось несколько раз подходить к стойке, чтобы персонал помог. Несмотря на эти недостатки, расположение отеля было отличным (5 минут от станции метро Da’an с магазинами по пути), поэтому было легко передвигаться и покупать все необходимое.

Номер приличный, все удобства идеальные. Размер нормальный, завтрак стандартный, не так много вариантов, но в целом пребывание здесь хорошее. Расположение не слишком далеко от выхода 4 метрополитена Даан. Довольно далеко, но это нормально, самое главное, что это одна линия с главным вокзалом Тайбэя, поэтому нет необходимости пересаживаться туда-сюда с багажом.

Great location, 4mins walk from MRT Red line Daan station exit no.4. The bed and pillow are very comfortable. Have a sauna, steam and an onsen on the 13th floor (take an elevator to the 12th floor and go up by stairs) Not that big facility but can relax.

The Taipei Fullerton is a well located and comfortable place to stay, but it's let down for cleanliness and showing it's age a little. The first room that I was shown had someone's left half ice cream in the fridge, and the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. Whilst they did act and moved me to a new room (which I think was a slight upgrade as it had a sofa and a little more space), you can still notice that the windows suffer from the humidity and aren't kept in good condition, and other small things like this, like the lights in the lift having dust and dirt inside them. Also the lighting in the bathrooms is quite poor, you cannot easily see yourself in the mirror which can make shaving difficult. A real shame these small details aren't kept on top of, because otherwise the staff are lovely and the bed is one of the most comfortable I've slept in at a hotel.

The hotel is very conveniently located and close to MRT. The room is neat with a comfy bed Bfast is included which is also very handy I also like the common area on the ground floor

After all, it's a decent hotel. Not the best though, definitely deserves much money -Good points Close to the Daan station Kind receptionist Delicious meal -Bad points Loud water sounds from the ceiling Unstable WiFi (I cancelled a zoom meeting😭) Difficult to use the thermostat (It automatically goes back to 20 degrees)

Amazing butler service, very good location access around, 2 mins walk to nearest MRT station. Very generous hotel that provides coffee and comfort seats.

Hotel service is very good. Hotel can help to book taxi to airport with reasonable price. Room service was excellent. Receptionists were helpful and friendly.

Very near to MRT. Sound insulation is good as no sound even though the rail is just next to the hotel. Bus stops nearby, The breakfast is essential , always top up with food and prompt service.

The room was very nice. My king size bed was very comfy, pillows as well. I liked the location- very close to the metro station.

Room is clean, but there is a glass fragment in the carpet in the room.

We had booked 2 rooms next to each other. Great bathrooms and clean bed. The hotel is located on a main road in Da’an with easy walking access to eateries and shopping. The price was reasonable
