Maison Blanche Taormina

This is an amazing place. Giovanna, your host caters to anything you need, going above and beyond any expectations. The house and location is out of “lifestyles of the rich and famous”. Location is close to Taormina downtown - a 20 minute walk. Park is available as well. Heartily recommend this place! You won’t go wrong!

I would be shocked if you could find a better value in Sicily. Our time at Maison Blanche was awesome, and we would go back every year if we could. From the moment we were picked up at the airport until we were dropped back off to go home, we were made to feel like the most important people on Earth. The husband and wife team exceeded all expectations. We stayed on the top floor in what I believe is the biggest suite. The room was immaculate and the views were even better. We started each morning with a fantastic breakfast, which I miss as much as I miss the views from the wrap-around balcony. Giovanna & Francisco are the salt of the earth and they were born to run a B&B and make your vacation in Sicily remarkable. So much so that you too may end up writing a review.

We did a Sicily road trip and stayed in ten different hotels / B&Bs, and this one was by far and away the very best. The house itself is very modern, stylish and impressive. The coastline views are to die for. The hospitality and helpfulness of the hosts was incomparable (great tips for things to do / places to eat, etc.). We cannot recommend it highly enough. Good on-site parking and very walkable to everything in Taormina.

We stayed at the Maisonette Blanche to attend a wedding in Taormina. We travel a lot and this accommodation is just fantastic. The location and views are magnificent. We had the corner suite so had views direct onto the sea as well as down to Naxos. Giovanni and Francesco were so helpful and nice. They even ironed our wedding clothes after having been packed for the flight from UK. We asked for an iron and they insisted they do them. No charge. There is ample parking which is needed as very difficult in Taormina. You can walk into town in about 10 minutes through a series of short cut steps so you have the benefit of being in an amazing location with the bustle of Taormina close. Breakfast was brilliant. Too much to eat. A significant continental breakfast and then they will cook you eggs any way you like. It is value for money as the standard of accommodation is very high.

We spent two nights at the Maison Blanche and had a wonderful stay!! You often see online information and photos, then get to the property and are disappointed, NOT the case with the Maison Blanche, if anything the online photos do not do the property justice, it is beautiful with an amazing location!! We couldn't have asked for better hosts!! Warm and gracious, making us feel and welcomed. I would stay there again and have shared photos with friends and family, I don't think you could ask from anymore when staying in Taormina. Additionally, the breakfast was outstanding!! Excellent selections of fresh fruit, pastries and so much more. It is a hard place to leave, so beautiful and peaceful!

From the time you walk in the door and are escorted out to the veranda overlooking the ocean, with a drink in hand, you know you have arrived at some place very special. Giovanna and her husband are the consummate hosts. Every detail was thought through and their knowledge of the area was shared with enthusiasm. We had a room that looked out over the ocean and in the morning the warm sun tickled our backs and awakened us from a deep, comfortable sleep. Ahhh, to go back again.

This place is run by an amazing couple, Giovanna and Francesco. They make you feel at home and go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Full information and guidance was provided which made our holiday planning easier. They even suggested a very good restaurant for seafood, Malvasia which made our holiday in Taormina complete. The villa is super clean, has it’s own private car park for guests, beautiful breakfast set up with good food and last but definitely not least, unforgettable views. Thank you Giovanna, Francesco and your team you truly made our experience exceptional.

We had a wonderful stay at Maison Blanche! The hospitality and love that goes into this B&B is exceptional! We truly felt like we were visiting our family and Zia (aunt) and Zio (uncle)! The welcome drink was a lovely touch after a day at Etna! This is a wonderful family run establishment which came through in the BEST breakfast we had the entire trip! We're still dreaming of the cakes! Everything was fresh and homemade and you could tell the difference! Spectacular! Going back to the care, love and hospitality: we arranged for the airport transfer early to get to Catania airport and it could not have been easier with the Hosts! Giovanna was incredible with recommendations and making reservations for dinner for us for both nights! The first night we had our rental car and drove to a beach town outside Taormina for amazing fish on the beach! The second night we were in the heart of Taormina at a recommended spot with 7 tables and the food was incredible, local and the owner continuously was turning people away as they were fully booked all night (but Giovanna got us in)! We loved it! The location was perfect overlooking the ocean and we could watch sunrise! The rooms are exactly as pictured! I feel like Taormina is tough- accomodation can get very expensive very quickly, and our spot at Maison Blanche was exactly as pictured (nothing fancy) but exactly what we needed for the price paid! We will miss beautiful Taormina!

We miss this place already!!! Everything was perfect to the amazing views, incredible breakfasts and service beyond wonderful. Giovanna and Francesco were so hospitable and helped us make reservations, obtain taxis and recommended the best sights to see in the area. We will hopefully return to this beautiful setting.
