Хочу выразить огромную благодарность всему персоналу данного отеля за создание такого уюта,теплой атмосферы и полного удовлетворения от всех оказанных услуг! Мы семьей жили в Garden Villa-номер просто покорил, особенно наша большая терраса🤍. Анимация в отеле очень спокойная и приятная,живая музыка в ресторане на пляже под космические закаты 🌅 ! Океан и виды на пляже впечатляют,но есть всегда волны. Рядом много мест,которые можно посетить и посмотреть ( белые деревушки Андалусии) или к примеру пляж Bolonia с огромными дюнами. Очень рекомендую этот отель для отдых! Мы обязательно в него вернемся снова!

Amazing place for families! With kids club from age of 8 months. And great beach club and food. We stayed at the level which is the 5 star experience of the hotel with Speer ate breakfast and separate swimming pool. We absolutely loved the whole stay.

Having paid for The Level Experience! from arrival we’re left unassisted for 40 minutes, after having cued up like everyone else. They would repeatedly apologise but do nothing to help. All we wanted was to be told where our room was & given a key. On several occasions I explained I have an autistic child & it was completely ignored. I repeatedly went to the desk looking for assistance or guidance & told “could you please wait there & someone will be with you” my child couldn’t cope & I was left in tears. Not as much as water was even offered. Finally having been showed to our room, they said the bags would arrive shortly. 25 minutes later still no bags! I had to again go up to reception & chase them down. Not one member of staff explained the benefits of The Level experience. No wrist band’s were given to us, only that we had friends staying in the hotel also, they filled us in. Again back to reception! Nothing but apologies, but no compensation at all. Our bedroom had an awful smell of sewage. Room itself was very basic & not worth the money. The Level buffet was awful & very unkept. Plates were never cleared from tables. Very hard to get waiters attention or service. Constantly you would have to go looking for cutlery just so you could eat your food! Music at night blasting right beside buffet so you couldn’t even have a conversation at dinner. And if you put your kids to bed before 11:30pm they could not sleep with the noise of the music. It was a horrendous experience. Our family & friends that stayed all said they would never return. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel.

Just spent 10 days at the melia zahara like every year. We had the most amazing time! The staff are absolutely incredible and truly love being with the kids. I have to pay special mention to Mar and her team at the kidsdom club, they are all such wonderful people and so accommodating. Thanks guys so much! the kids love you as we do. This hotel is so tranquil and offers so much in terms of good food, entertainment and everything you want at a hotel. We can't wait to visit again later in the summer or next year. Hasta luego

Very expensive but not value for money at all mainly due to lack of proper management. Level service especially reception is so unprofessional and arrogant. Before the renovation was way more better service and management. Just avoid now if you don’t want to get upset and frustrated to be charged but not served. For the amount they charge you don’t get even a half. The feeling of growing greediness is everywhere in this hotel. What a shame.

From the moment we arrived to when we left the staff couldn't do enough for us. We arrived rather late, and reception insisted that yes, we should eat first and check in later so we didn't have to rush dinner. Our villa had a good sized garden with lots of furniture, with the pool a short walk away. We especially liked the Breeza beach bar - fantastic fresh fish! The hotel charges for parking, but it's quite easy to find roadside parking within a few minutes walk. If you have problems walking, the hotel does have an electric buggy to take you to/from the beach bar - order from reception. The Spanish pronunciation of 'buggy' is closer to 'boogy', FYI. Recommended!

Very disappointing all round - especially for the price paid. Constantly queuing for meals, breakfast, coffee machines that were rarely working - and topped off by very poor service. When escalating issues to management, they were indifferent (to put it mildly). Avoid.

If you like dancing in your bedroom, you would love Meliá Atlanterra. From 8pm until 11pm every night they would play music outdoors karaoke style, entertain children or do whatever activity they choose for the day at a volume that could probably be heard from Seville. If you are the type that loves these things (your typical karaoke or cruise guy, with more energy than taste) then this might be your place. Otherwise, abstain. At these prices, there are far better choices in Zahara/Atlanterra. The hotel is OK, no frills, but OK.

Very nice clean hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The food both in the hotel and hotel’s Chirinquito was superb. The Hotel is well located only 8mins drive from Zahara de los Atunes, which in itself is worth visiting. The hotel also has access to the beach. With the exception of a slow and poor check-in from Front of House the Service was predominantly very good. Will definitely return. Thanks

Hotel was beautiful and very clean. Staff were very professional yet friendly and could not have been more helpful. Food and drinks were great. We used the Level and the Beach Bar. The Tuna steak at the beach bar was outstanding! Really enjoyed everything.

I am writing this review after just leaving The Melia hotel in Zahara for lunch. All I can say is what an awful and quite stressful experience from the moment we walked in. To start we were left waiting nearly 10 min as several staff promised to get our table ready. That is a family with 4 young children, their father and their mother (myself) with a sprained ankle. I’d say it took at least 5 attempts to get our order in and at least 30 min to do so. When we did finally get the head waiter to take it we got a half hearted apology for the delay. Lunch then took so long to come that one of the waitresses came over to ask if we were ready for dessert! My salad was nice but the children’s pasta (penne and tomato sauce… the only children’s option!) was under cooked as was my husbands squid which had to be sent back. On paying over €100 my husband said that the service was not good… again all we got was another half hearted apology. To say we were disappointed is an understatement and I am just glad we are not staying at this hotel because I would dread stepping foot in that restaurant again. I have no doubt that the hotel will not care about this review but perhaps it will help other holiday makers.

Das Hotel ist eine Perle in Andalusien. Eingebettet in einer wunderschönen Gartenlandschaft mit hohen Palmen und direktem Strandzugang. Das Hauptgebäude und die Nebengebäude sind der wirkliche Charme dieses Hotels. Sehr gepflegte Anlage und geräumige und schöne Zimmer. Große Poollandschaft mit ausreichend Liegen und Lounge-Betten. Ausgesprochen freundliches, liebenswertes und beständiges Personal. Die Küche umfasst ein breites Spektrum an typischen, andalusischen Speisen und natürlich klassischer Küche. Sehr reichhaltig und frisch. Wer den noch gehoberen Service genießen möchte, bucht “The Level” mit eigenen Lounge Zugang (incl Essen, Snacks & Getränke) in privater Atmosphäre. Es gibt für “The Level” Gäste einen separaten Poolbereich mit großen Pool und Kinderbecken sowie einer kleinen Poolbar mit Bedienservice in der Hauptsaison.

El hotel está ubicado en un lugar privilegiado y junto a una playa preciosa, donde contemplar los atardeceres es un espectáculo. El hotel tiene unas magníficas instalaciones, con una piscina lago muy bonita y un estupendo equipo de animación. Todas las noches había un espectáculo musical de mucho nivel. Estuvimos alojados en una habitación Premium con jardín, en régimen de pensión completa. La habitación muy bonita y el descanso reparador. El desayuno, la comida y la cena estuvo a la altura de la cadena hotelera. Disfrutamos mucho de su gastronomia, tanto en platos fríos, calientes y su cocina en directo. En general todo el personal fue muy amable, pero hay que hacer una mención especial al estupendo equipo del restaurante Mosaico, tanto de cocina como camareros, que a pesar de que en determinados momentos había aglomeraciones, siempre tenían una sonrisa y mostraban una gran profesionalidad: de chapeau!!! ¡En resumen, un hotel para disfrutarlo!!

Atención recibida por parte de todo el Equipo desde la recepción de level hasta Animación lugar emblemático y espectaculares vistas, la comida fabulosa buenos cocineros el servicio espectacular los camareros agradables y siempre con una sonrisa el Metre Francisco un gran profesional y las actividades de dia Incleibles con grandes Animadores por mi parte nada más pues al Hotel le doy un 10 en toda regla lo que es la zona un 9 pues tuvimos un poco de levante. Volveremos a repetir con más familiares y más días de estancia pues esto es lo que nos vamos a llevar el Disfrutar en Hoteles como éste, mil gracias por todo.

Cuidado con este hotel porque no son serios y engañan al cliente. Pagamos por una habitación Family suite con acceso al Level, esta habitación tenía insectos tipo ácaros por todas las paredes, lo ponemos en conocimiento del hotel y nos recomendaron cambiar de habitación porque ha pasado lo mismo en otras habitaciones y necesitan limpiarla y pintarla. Nos dicen que nos cambian de habitación a otra de las mismas características y al llegar a la habitación resultó ser una inferior, reclamamos una de iguales características que la habitación que habíamos pagado y nos dicen que no había más habitaciones, por eso os digo que cuidado que este hotel no es serio y este tipo de situaciones hacen que tu estancia vacacional sea desagradable. El acceso al Level te lo venden como algo buenísimo y la verdad que tampoco es para tanto, lo tienen ubicado en la zona más alejada del hotel y no puedes sacar bebidas ni comidas de allí, lo cual se hace pesado, tener que ir a esa zona alejada del hotel a tomarte algo. Es un hotel con mucha suciedad, viejo y descuidado, con un acceso a una zona de playa muy rocosa, lo que hace que tengas que andar bastante para encontrar un trozo de playa apto para el baño o tener que coger el coche para ello. El parking es bastante caro, más de 18€ por día. Otro punto a tener en cuenta es que el precio de las consumiciones es excesivo. En definitiva, una situación ajena a nosotros, en la que nosotros no hemos exigido nada, ha hecho q nuestros días de vacaciones en este hotel hayan sido unos días malos para nosotros, no volveremos.
