Breakfast is pretty decent, the amenities close pretty early, room is clean and neat and staff is friendly but pillow is too soft 🤣

My choice of hotel when accompanying my husband business travel. Decent room size, gave you the luxury vibe, the breakfast is delicious especially nasi lemak but not really varieties. All of the staff are friendly. The hot springs are nice but they are not natural hot spring

Stayed in a superior room. Very basic amenities in toilet includes 2 toothbrushes and a tiny bar soap. Breakfast provided has limited varieties. Went to the gym but was disappointed there is a water dispenser but no water as the empty water bottle was not replaced.

The room was very spacious and clean.but the amnesties was not prepared much.the towel smells very musky and old but clean.

Clean hotel and great facilities except the hot spring , we went to swim and relax but the water is cold and not hot at all. Break fast is good though

Overall, the room was comfortable and clean, but I found it a bit dim. It would be great if there were more lighting to brighten up the room.

Clean.. friendly staff . Easy access to places I wanted to go to. The hotel staff also helped to keep an eye on my food when sent by grab.

Nice hotel with strategic location surrounded with F&B outlets. Room is clean ,quiet and cosy place to stay. Anyhow, when I checked in the first room the air con is not cold even after I switch on for more than 30mns. Then, they changed me to another room.

I love the hot spring spaa. Just that the room is not that clean. During check in, i saw a box of cigarettes in the bathroom. The floor of the bathroom is a bit slippery and need to remind the elderly to be extra careful in the toilet

It has such a high rating here thats why I booked it. But then when I read other reviews, some also gave low ratings. It is probably depends on your luck. My stay was perfect except the bathroom was very slippery because they used these glossy tiles. Hot spring 4pm-10pm, very nice. Breakfast buffet was mehhh for me.

I had a pleasant stay at KSL Hot Springs. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the breakfast was decent with a fair selection to start the day. The highlight was definitely the hot springs — such a relaxing experience and a unique touch to the stay. However, I do hope the operating hours can be extended. The current 8pm–10pm slot feels a bit too short, especially for guests who want to unwind later in the evening after a day out. Overall, a good stay with great potential if the hot springs access could be more flexible!
