"The building needs lots of repair, the water from the pool was way too dirty, the faucet was falling from the bath tub, when we check in, the credit machine was not working so they were making copies of your credit cards with the CVV in order to check in, I got worried since they were making copies to all credit cards and also ids, in the morning when we went for breakfast, the person who is making omelets was with such an angry attitude, I ordered 4 but he only wanted to make one because your kids need to make line too , so my 2 year old boy had to make line to get an omelet and all my kids, I spoke to the manager and he said even if your kid is 1 year old he has to make his own line to get his omelet . I mean I already canceled my debit card, people who go there they should block it, not a safe place for families and the beds and rooms are old. The person who does the cooking was so rude. Just don’t come here."

"I stayed at a hotel yesterday where the water supply was shut off from 10 PM to 6 AM. They never informed me during check-in. It wasn’t until midnight when I tried to shower that I discovered there was no water. When I called the front desk, they claimed they had “sent an email notification” and “placed a notice on the counter.” However: 1. The staff didn’t mention a single word about this during my afternoon check-in 2. The paper notice was extremely inconspicuous - A4 small print, no color highlights, and completely unnoticeable 3. The water didn’t actually resume at 6 AM as promised - I kept checking until 6:50 AM but there was still no water 4. This directly impacted my 7.30 AM meeting as I had no time to take a shower, even brush teeth! 5. The hotel’s passive notification method (hidden notice + uncommunicated email) constitutes negligent service!"

"Considering it's a Marriott hotel, I wasn't very satisfied with it. There was a clump of hair left at the edge of the bathroom, and I was not satisfied with the cleaning. No free water. Breakfast was included, but unfortunately I couldn't enjoy it because I had an early morning flight. The neighborhood is not that bad, but there are no restaurants nearby, so I recommend using Uber. There is a Circle K five minutes away by foot, but they only have unhealthy snacks and drinks. I was hoping they would have at least apples and bananas, but there were none."
