It's styled in a very homely way with comfort in mind and the customer service compliments this. We loved that they stock local produce from food to drinks to toiletries. We stayed in the Copywriters Room which was comfortable and immaculately clean. It had everything we needed and looked over the rear of the property so it was lovely and quiet.
