"Booked 2 nights in Room 7 which faces away from the main street for $250/night. The hotel is right in town with a carpark behind. Friendly checkin. Nice art deco throughout. The room is located on the 1st floor. There is no lift, & no offer of help with luggage. Our room was quite spacious with a separate alcove for the bed, which is very comfortable & a separate seating area with 2 easy chairs & tv. There's a courtesy tray for tea & coffee & the best biscuits (other than the home made ones we occasionally get) we have ever had. The fridge is quiet (only milk in it.) The ensuite is small but has a good shower in a stall where the water doesn't leak out & nice toilettries in plunger bottles. The windows which look toward the mountain & overlook the carpark aren't openable, so you need to use the air con. In any case, it is quiet & works well. Wifi is fast & can be relied upon. We ate in the restaurant both nights & thought the food very good-duck breast & beef cheeks the 1st night & we each had Salmon the 2nd night. There's a nice choice of wines & its good to see some local choices. The restaurant has a nice ambiance & the staff very professional & pleasant. It was busy on the Tuesday & Wednesday night we were there. Our room was very quiet & comfortable & we slept well. The room was serviced, & used items replaced. Always appreciated. I chose the hotel to celebrate a special occasion, & overall, I am pleased I did so. The only additional thing I'd like to see is a coffee pod machine in the room. This is due to the room rate."

"Отличное место, бюджетное жилье. Когда я открыл комнату, оба моих детей сказали, что комната пахнет как дом Наны. Она пахнет, как комната не была в воздухе очень давно. Затем решила включить кондиционер, чтобы согреть комнату (он был 6°C на улице) Удалённый контроль не работал, проверила аккумуляторы (они выглядели как отеки и утечки), заменила аккумуляторы на телевидение, и подразделение работало, и у нас в комнате было тепло. Душ занял вечно, чтобы получить тепло. В ванной комнате не было ни вентилятора, ни нагревателя, поэтому все там мокрое, включая мою одежду из пара в душе. Смертельный болт для двери был сломан, часть замка, которая удерживает болт на месте, пропала. Нам пришлось припарковать на другой стороне комплекса, так как не было парка для нашей комнаты поблизости. Мы кипятили котел, чтобы на завтрак кофе, но молока не было."
