Hotel Pension Rechtenthal

Pension in a beautiful location with a nice pool and views of the Tramin Valley. Average rooms, but acceptable for the price. Breakfast not very satisfactory - not enough vegetables and fruit and the coffee was absolutely undrinkable. Owner very unpleasant, moody, arrogant and rude. Booked rooms via email, but owner claimed they were not confirmed. Definitely do not recommend.

During my most recent motorcycle trip to the Italian Alps I had booked this low budget hotel, offering clean but outdated facilities. Attracted by the intriguing smell of freshly brewed coffee and freshly baked croissants, I entered the breakfast room for glass of juice and coffee, not wanting to eat due to my current diet. Suddenly, the manager stormed in and ripped the juice glass from my hand and screamed that the breakfast hours have to observed or people will walk in and demand breakfast at 5 am. Breakfast hours are from 7 to 9 am; I had entered at 6:53 am. There is a nice cafe with friendly personnel 200 yards away from this place.

Salve, al nostro arrivo, ho/abbiamo ripetutamente salutato il *Responsabile* e Capo della VECCHISSIMA STRUTTURA, senza alcun risultato, senza saluto, le uniche parole sono state:" Nome , Cognome e 6 Euro" (Tassa di soggiorno). Alla domanda perché non veniamo salutati, risponde "Non devo salutare nessuno, se non vi piace, stornate e andate". Va bene, non avevo voglia di litigare. La sera rientriamo verso le 20:30, nello stesso tempo arrivano 2 nuovi clienti che avevano prenotato la stanza. Stesso Maltrattamento anche per loro e stessa frase, stornate e andate. Tutto a voce altissima e con molta cattiveria. Alche´sono intervenuto e o chiesto perché si comporta cosi. "Io non devo salutare ed essere gentile con nessuno, se non vi piace andate e scrivete recenzioni". Tanta cattiveria e frustrazione non l´ho mai incontrata nei miei 65 anni. Sarebbe il caso e l´ora di togliere la licenza da albergatore a chi non lo vuole fare e non lo sa fare. Peccato per il Comune di Tramin, che é una bellissima cittadina accogliente. Ci sono molti modi per togliere le armi a chi non le usa in maniera giusta e lavora contro il TURISMO di TRAMIN e vergognosamente ne approfitta. Distinti Saluti e a mai piu´

Schlafen Sie besser im Auto oder draußen. Das ist bestimmt angenehmer! Wir haben schon alles von 5 bis ohne Sterne erlebt. Jede Pension mit Mobiliar aus den 50er ist besser. Nur der Pool würde eine besser Bewertung als 1 Stern rechtfertigen…..wenn der Wirt nicht so grottig wäre. Das alles liesse sich noch verschmerzen, aber die direkt an der Pension vorbeiführende stark befahrene Straße ist, gepaart mit einem fehlenden Lärmschutz, ein absolutes No Go! Die schriftliche Ankündigung, uns ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer zu geben, grenzt an Beschiss. Erholung durch Schlaf? Fehlanzeige! In Tramin gibt es deutlich bessere Unterkünfte, die kaum teuerer sind. Suchen Sie besser weiter!

Ich habe gestern Nachmittag von Deutschland aus 2 Zimmer für meine Kollegen gebucht, die eine Zwischenübernachtung benötigt haben auf dem Weg zur Montage. Ich habe zuerst ein Angebot erhalten und dieser nachher auch extra nochmal bestätigt. Meine Kollegen erreichten die Pension und dann fing das Drama an! Die Zimmer hat er einfach weiterverkauft?!?! Der Wirt ist meine Kollegen auf übelste angegangen. unter anderem mit den Worten wir seien Verbrecher! Er hätte versucht uns anzurufen und da wäre eine Englische Frau dran gegangen (meine Arbeitszeiten sind bis 16:30 Uhr begrenzt, danach meldet sich nun mal unsere freundliche Mobilbox - international agierendes Unternehmen, also englischer Anrufbeantworter!!!) Und wir hätten die Zimmer vorher nicht bezahlt. Ein Zitat aus der Reservierungsbestätigung: "Die ganze Bezahlung wird vor Ort beglichen !" Sowas ist mir noch nie untergekommen und ich komme aus der Hotellerie und habe schon viel erlebt! Die Kollegen mussten sich dann eigenständig ein neues Hotel suchen! Absolut unakzeptabel!
