"Настоятельно рекомендую это место!!!!!!!! Как только я вошла, я воскликнула: "Вау~~~!"!!!!! Это было моё самое любимое место из всех, где я когда-либо останавливалась. Вид был потрясающий!!!! Особенно оно славится своим рестораном, где можно полюбоваться закатом. Само место расположено на вершине горы, а дорога такая узкая, что приходится ехать медленно. Наверное, поэтому нужно арендовать небольшую машину!!! Завтрак был пресным! Ужин нужно бронировать заранее, а еда, в общем, была восхитительной! Если пойдёте без брони, сотрудница, похожая на ту, что в фильме "Сквозь снег", будет вздыхать и вести себя очень раздражённо. ^^ Я не очень хорошо говорю по-английски, но она даже дала мне пощёчину, потому что не могла меня понять. ^^ Меня чуть не стошнило во время еды. Разве это моя вина, что я не говорю по-английски?!! В остальном, весь персонал был милым и добрым!! Я знаю, что нечасто пишу отзывы, но я оставлю свой в надежде, что вы не окажетесь в такой неприятной ситуации, как я!!!"

"Finca Mirabo has only 9 rooms, & is located about 3 kms from & overlooking Valldemossa. The rooms are modern,pleasant, & most with superb views . There is a beautiful infinity pool & an excellent restaurant for dinner. Lunch is limited to sandwiches & snacks. There is an honesty bar for drinks tea & coffee available 24 hours. Many rooms have outside space with loungers. Antonio the Manager is charming, attentive & most helpful with suggestions of where to go & what to do. All the other staff were very friendly & helpful. A really peaceful, comfortable hotel in a gorgeous agricultural setting."

"Terrible experience at this hotel. Not as advertised. Don't waste your time, move on to next hotel option. This is more of a "Hostel" not a Hotel. It's very old & worn out with no apparent interest in making anything work. Reception is entirely "self help" ... there is none, just a unfriendly dude who rarely is at desk and can't lift a finger to help you....such an insult to guests. Old rooms, smells bad, there are very limited items in rooms or none (minimal towels, body wash soap in tiny packets, no lotion, no kleenex, cups, etc...). After a long day, we had to figure out how to check in...on an iPad with the room key sitting on desk. We spend 15 minutes trying to get room key to work in the door (after finding another guest who had the same problem) and this wasn't our first key rodeo. When we did see reception dude the next day he had no interest in assisting. Practically everything is is done via iPad- check in & honor bar (which was crappy). We found it ironic that they had video surveillance cameras in the lobby to see what's going on but couldn't be bothered to help you. Extra linens & pillows smelled worse than if you put them in your basement for 10 years. The shocking part was there was a full window in the shower that you stand immediately in front of when you shower that had no coverings & you are entirely naked to the road up above & the back of the hotel/garden below - in what culture is this OK? In the book for guests in the rooms it talked about ants - don't leave any food out in your room & if you have an ant problem you can get the poison yourself to kill them down in reception area or have them do it for you, WOW. To be in a room that you cannot feel comfortable unpacking or leaving your luggage open is terrible. There's so much more but hopefully his us enough to give you an accurate picture. Others have talked about the steep entry & exit from the property to town, the hotel needs to be clear about that for its guests. Don't waste your time, they should pay you to stay there"

"We stayed for just one night and had a large three-bed room. It is a very odd place! It is right in the centre of Valldemossa and thus in a very old building. The room was very old and worn but it had charm and character. When you walk in through the door of the room you immediately enter the bathroom area which is not closed off. So you literally walk into the bathroom, which is certainly not the way of a standard hotel room … The toilet was of course in a separate room. There was a French balcony with great views of the surrounding hills. The shower was huge and very good. Breakfast was served at the small tables in the reception area. A pleasant experience but far from any normal standard. I find it difficult to justify 4 stars but it's hard to rate it because it doesn't really fit into any normal standard. But that's what makes it an interesting experience!"
