"I spent 2 nights at Villa Kerasy to visit my family nearby. It was a great choice. The hotel is very charming and very well maintained. Room was upscale and was very nicely decorated and very quiet. Nice bed, nice bathroom. Coffee machine with Nespresso capsules. Safe and bar in the room. Room service was excellent. We also had a nice little area outside (Cochin room) with chairs. Breakfast was very nice and expansive with lots of good pastries. Parking outside was free and very convenient. Hotel staff was extremely nice, friendly and useful. So overall it was a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel for all the services as well as the location which is great as very close to the old city. An excellent choice."

"Comfortable rooms though it must be Accor policy not to have air conditioning switched on as room was very warm due to thundery weather and thunderstorm which flooded and brought down the ceiling in the restaurant. Air-conditioning was not available though advertised and installed. Staff were helpful in all respects especially Thomas who was happy to share recommendations of restaurants and was obliged to cope with the difficult situation of the storm damage meaning that some guests were unable to get anything to eat."

"Отель - это базовый, но чистый и практический отель. Служебный персонал очень комфортный. Через определенный час прием закрывается и вы можете получить доступ только к коду. Расположение отеля находится на очень занятом автомагистрале, за пределами центра, комфортной структуры, с большим частным парковкой, очень большой на задней части отеля, где пространство заблокировано и доступно только на автомобиле с номерным кодом. Очистите номера. Сотрудники доступны и дружелюбны. Завтрак доступен как сладкий, так и соленый. Он остался только одну ночь и структура удовлетворила все наши потребности. С различными поддержками для ремонта багажа. Хорошая мебель, хорошая уборка. Отличное приветствие."

"Aparthotel correct. Mauvaise isolation phonique (bruit de la route et voisins du dessus), on nous attribué pour 4 nuits, un appartement au rez-de-chaussée alors que j'avais demandé un appartement à l'étage supérieur et 1 parking. Mes demandes n'avaient pas été lues. Heureusement un parking était disponible. Il y avait des appartements disponibles aux étages supérieurs et j'ai demandé un changement qui nous a été refusé au motif: pas de surclassement possible. Pour ces raisons, nous ne sommes pas satisfaits. Ce geste commercial n'aurait pas ruiné Best Western."

"Очень приятно было здесь остановиться! Персонал приветливый и заботливый - все объяснят подробно и понятно. Номер чистый и комфортный. Вся сантехника работает исправно, звукоизоляция отличная. Расположение - замечательное: совсем рядом с вокзалом и до центра близко - транспорт не нужен - ходила пешком. Хорошо, что есть камера хранения, так как уезжала вечером. Очень благодарна всем, кто здесь работает!"

"The room was terrible. It smelled so bad I couldn't sleep. A very persistent smell of mold and chemical products. I must say that the staff was very kind and friendly and tried to help by proposing another room. Same smell, although more on the chemical side compared to the first room where I ended up spending the night (not sleeping). it looks like the windows are never open and the aeration system is insufficient. Stains on the carpet and blue dots on the ham at breakfast. Oh, and the door of the room kept opening: I had to lock it with the key from inside in order to close it. Not worth the price (of an Ibis "style") at all. It was my first stay at an Ibis hotel, never again will I go to an Ibis hotel, no matter the category."
