VERY POOR SERVICES. BREAKFAST NOT GIVEN BECAUSE COOK WHEN ON LEAVE. THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE TEA BECAUSE MILK NOT AVAILABLE.MY PARENTS BOUGHT MILK FROM OUT SIDE FOR TEA.POOR MAINTENANCE OF ROOM.STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

The facility and hospitality of Gupta inn hotel us excellent. The location is very good and service is excellent. The front desk team and it's behaviour is very cooperative. This is my fourth vidit to this hotel and prefer to stay in sane hotel.

A peaceful property in prime location of Varanasi,Room was okay but washroom is dirty, food was horrible,we are disappointed with food,rate also high,one small glass baby milk rate is 90 rupees. Overall experience so so

I was supposed to reach Varanasi from Gorakhpur at 4AM in the morning on 13th November 2022 with my family (I, my mother and brother). So, I booked a family suit room with breakfast in this hotel for 12th to 13th November by calling OYO and made full payment on the link provided by OYO. Later to become double sure, I called hotel reception at 5PM on 12th and got confirmation from ***ager that my booking is confirmed with the details provided by OYO. The booking confirmation message from OYO and the images of the room provided to us are attached for others reference. The hotel is placed at an isolated location, and wrongly marked over Google maps, I reached hotel at 5AM after asking 10 people on the way. I also called hotel reception around 4:45AM to guide me to reach hotel, the person at reception said 'why are you coming, there is no room in the hotel'. I argued with him over phone that I have fully paid booking in your hotel and then somehow I reach the hotel with the help of some early risers on the way. When I reached the hotel, the receptionist said there are two rooms vacant which are under construction without any facility (no geyser, no cleanliness, no lock in the door, no toiletries, no intercom, in fact nothing, not even proper drinking water), so it's our choice whether we want to stay or leave. After lot of argument at reception, I had no other choice than spending 2-3 hours in the room until it's sun outside. I had already paid the full amount, and it was 5AM of morning without any mode of travel available around the hotel. When I entered the room, I called OYO customer care, after 15mins of discussion, the oyo person said he has asked ***ager to provide another room, while there was no response from hotel, neither OYO called back to check our state. I left the hotel after 3 hours, around 8AM with my family without even getting proper drinking water, breakfast was a joke. This was the worst hotel experience of my life ever. It was a clear case of cheating by 'Hotel Gupta Inn' and OYO. I have lost trust on OYO, I am never going to book any OYO hotel in future. I would suggest others not to go for OYO (this hotel is very certain example) if you don't want to witness any such experience for yourself or for your family.

The worst hotel to stay in Varanasi. Worst service, poor staff behaviour, dirty room and bathroom. A/c not working properly, charges are very high. If you order food from their in house kitchen after waiting for nearly 1 hour they will tell you that it will take another 1/2 an hour to prepare your food.

Hotel service is so good and staff here is helpful they arrange everything so quick and polite I was travelling solo so, they made me feel safe and comfortable I liked they way to talking and always ready to help the travellers they do best to help everyone Thank you from Kolkata 🙏🔱 Har Har Mahadev

The room was so good and got everything which was needed. Bed was also really comfortable and the washroom area was totally cleaned. There is also very spacious rooms in the hotel and the food of their restaurant was also quite nice. Staffs and ***ager of the hotel was also very supportive.

The value you get for the price is Remarkable, Staff were very hospitable & welcoming. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to have a disconnect with the "city life" while staying connected to the major tourist spots & railway station in Varanasi. I have to say that the food here just made my stay delightful, the rooms are spacious, clean & hygienic just what you expect. Overall I Was Satisfied With My Visit & Definitely Coming Back As They Said They Will Be Adding More flavors in Their "Menu"

Pathetic Experience! 1.Dirty toilet 2. Toiletries were not provided. 3. Dirty linen. 4. Very poor customer service/support. 5. Non cooperative staff. Do not book this hotel, for everything they have a NO. Bedsheet/blanket not clean, washroom dirty.
