"The staff couldn't be nicer, the dinners were delicious, the cocktails at the bar excellent, the minibus took us the short distance to the slopes each day though we walked back most days. Les Deux Alpes is hugely popular and crowded at half term but the Chalet Mounier was always a pleasant sanctuary."

"The worst accomodation we have ever stayed in. Young incompetent unhelpful receptionist was nothing but rude when we came to check in at 3pm our room was not ready and they could not give us a time. We then came back at 5pm and our room still wasn’t ready. We got the room at 6pm. Not sure why the room took so long it’s was filthy and we had to make our own beds wash the dishes from the last people. We then had to buy our own toilet paper as there was none. We then had to pay 10€ each for a towel to bath with. We had booked a superior room for 5-6 people there was one double bed and a pullout couch. We had to stack the tables ontop of each other just to open our suitcases. The list goes on all I can say is I would highly recommend not staying here as it really made our holiday less enjoyable."
