The stadig was so sweet, and they really made me feel safe. They really met all my needs, and I would def recommend coming here! Do yourself a favor and visit when you are in Vienna The location is also very good, and it’s easy to get around with public transportation

Amazing location and friendly staff. We found the rooms lacked storage and the toilets were noisy. Maybe we were unlucky, but those at the hostel that evening were very noisy. We left very early about 6am to find people sleeping in the communal areas as possibly a homeless person in a sleeping bag in the kitchen. The access is via codes and no staff on duty overnight. No secure left luggage. It has so much potential but feel it needs to improve facilities and security.

Excellent hostel, everything is nice and neat, very close to the city center. A kitchen that's well furnished, and a great outside area. But mostly a 5 star review for the welcoming, especialy to Mella for her efenciency,her smile and all the small détails that made my stay better

I stayed at this hostel for a week and it was great! I was travelling on my own and I felt safe. They have women-only rooms + lockers and the staff was super helpful as well. The location is also ideal to discover Vienna on foot

Great, trendy hostel. Bed was roomy, plugs above the pillow, and curtain you can pull across your bed. However, one shower and toilet for 2 rooms would be up to 16 beds. There were no locks on the door, some one came in and removed the bean bag from the room. The road next to the hostel is very noisy and street. I expect people coming cal to the hostel. The kitchen area is nice. You have fridges, hobs, kettle, microwave, and utensils. Staff very nice and helpful.

Very helpful cooperation and clientfriendly service. When, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had no cancel an officially non-refundable booking, they generously made an exception. For this young hostel long term business-relationship is of great mportance. Thank you!

This hostel feels like it’s been designed by someone who’s never stayed in a hostel. So many things are impractical or of poor quality. For example, the curtain on the bed is nice for privacy but doesn’t block the light very well and mine is already falling off the rail. The room is not designed to invite social interactions and the security of the buildings is awful. Anyone could walk off the street and into the dorm buildings. More details below on the good and the bad: The good things: - The beds are self contained cocoons with curtains, a plug socket, light and small pocket for your things - The bed is already made which was very nice to arrive to. - In my room the lockers were really big - The shower & toilet were part of the room, so super convenient - The shower was huge and the water pressure was good. - There’s underfloor heating in the toilet and shower. - Very close to a tram stop, super convenient for getting into the city and to/from the train station. The bad things: - Check in was awful, confusing and long! I came from a hostel where they had self check in that was so simple and easy and this was so bad in comparison. You need an app or codes for the doors and it’s just too long and confusing after a day of travel. - The doors to the street are never locked and the building doors don’t lock either. The room door does lock and in my room there was a big lockable space for your things, but you had to rent their key for €2.5 and couldn’t use your own lock. I feel like this could be a deposit instead or included in the room price. - This hostel has been put together very cheaply, it won’t withstand the wear and tear of so many people coming through its doors everyday. It’s alright for now, but already some things are getting broken after only a few months. - The top bunks have no railing and it’s super scary thinking you might roll out of bed during the night. - The shower and toilet are within the room which is nice but the fan is quite noisy and the toilet flushing is very loud. Also there was no hot water on my second night (first night was fine). - The beds are all against one wall. It doesn’t create a social space and feels less cosy than other hostels. - There is no proper signage on the street and you could easily miss the entrance.

Ottima esperienza in questo ostello, trovato per caso ma ha decisamente superato le mie aspettative. Le camere sono pulitissime e silenziose, perfetto il bagno in camera, spazioso e con una bella doccia grande. Ho adorato anche l’area comune e la cucina dove è possibile cucinarsi i propri pasti. Check-in e accesso alla struttura decisamente facili e intuitivo, se ne avrò l’occasione tornerò molto volentieri!
