Let me start with my reserved room of king bed not being available. Had to take dual queen room. Not a big deal. Let the guy jorge I believe know my flight leaves 9pm next night so I need a late checkout. He takes my credit card and says I'll put a note. I also stated I'll lay an additional night if necessary. He said with the note it wasn't an issue. I get to the room, find it dirty, carpets stained, mold growing on wall and what seemed like dried vomit next to the seat. This is room 203 btw. I say whatever its a day and a half. Next day I get a call in the room at 1. Asking me to checkout. I proceeded to explain the conversation from the prior day and nothing, falls on deaf ears. I head to the front desk and the guy starts explaining at which point I state I don't care. I'd have canceled and gone to a much better facility if I was told at checkin. And then to stroll around for 7 hours before leaving Florida. Honestly, this is the last time I stay at any Marriott hotel. Worst experience I've ever had. Truly disappointed and will be leaving reviews through other social media platforms.
