It was not bad. If the location is more far from the highway, it would be more good. One thing, remote control of TV has some oils. I think those small parts also need to be cared.

The ppl at the front desk are usually really nice. There's plenty of parking and several restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance.

Zimmer veraltet und sehr hellhörig. Man kann alles von dem Zimmer daneben hören. Wenn man im dem Zimmer oben läuft, stört unglaublich.

Older property with older furniture, but room was spacious and clean. Had a good night sleep.

Staff was amazing and grounds was under so miner upgrading. Nice room and overall pleasant time while there

Place is very dirty and unsafe wires and reseceptical and bed are not comfortable whats so ever looks very dirty

This place was SO rundown and needed serious help. Very outdated, our room had a stain in the carpet, the toilet paper holder was loose in the wall, the sink had cracks and stains in it, the refrigerator had numerous dents and a broken handle, etc. Had we known ahead of time that it was going to be this crappy, we NEVER would’ve stayed there. Won’t make that mistake again. A terrible waste of money!

Nice staff but the building is completely run down is not handicap accessible and is just in need of a deep clean and updates on their plumbing and room finishings. The couch in my room was absolutely filthy I wouldn't even sit on it

No water pressure for a shower, phone and alarm clock in room didn’t work, bedding blanket was super worn out and cigarette or some type of burns on the bed covers and the room was just dirty - I mean even the light switch plates were gross - however the staff was really nice.

The lady when we checked in was helpful but the rest of the staff, not so much. The pillows on the bed were throw pillows only. I requested pillows and they said thats all they had. The room smelt old, funky, and the air felt humid and gross inside the room. There were cigarette burns in the comforter even though itbwas supposed to be a non smoking room and breakfast was cereal and coffee only. I wasnt expecting anything spectacular but wasnt expecting what we got wither. When booking through *******, you cant get your money back and change hotels so we felt stuck.

When we got here they had given our accessible king room away. Then they trying to give me a room on the 2nd floor. There was no elevator. So I had to fight for room on the first floor. They only had one left with two queens so we had to take it. The woman at the desk actually said well they didn't charge you more for 2 beds. That's usually extra. When I asked where we should park to be near our room, she said just out front. It right around the corner. Well as it turned out it was at the very end of the long hall and there were 3 other doors that would have been closer. My husband just had knee replacement surgery. The longer walk and a non handicap accessible bathroom was terrible and could have easily been avoid. We have stayed in our last Super 8. Never, never, NEVER stay in Super 8 West Ridge/Denver!!!
