It was a great stay. Staff was very nice and laughing great place to relax and take a load off . Loved the breakfast was the first time I got that it was amazing . Pool was amazing.

Not the best, but not the worst either. No pool.

The room smelled awful. The noise level was ridiculous. I had to wait 10 min for the shower to get hot. I had to slam the room door for it to properly close. The entire hair dryer fell off the wall. The bathroom could not have been smaller. This place needs remodeled HORRIBLY. Oh- and the restaurant food and service were terrible.

The staff was superb - very helpful, efficient and friendly! The only downside was that, while the room was clean and comfortable, the building and property are pretty old and in need of an update.

We stayed in the one and only suite at the property. It is dated but set up really nice! Didn’t hear anything all night and the jacuzzi tub was awesome! Really impressed with it. I wish they had more than one. Also all staff that we dealt with from the ladies at the desk to the bartender were super nice and helpful!

The staff member who checked us was so patient, kind, and just an absolute gem! I wish I would have gotten her name so I could highlight her specifically because it was such genuine positive hospitality. The food at the restaurant in the hotel was AMAZING (I never want to get pretzels and beer cheese anywhere else) with prices that were more than reasonable. The courtyard area is beautiful and my daughter loves the pool! Cons: rooms are definitely a little outdated and ours wasn't the cleanest (nothing too bad, the toilet just could've used a scrub) and it took about 10-minutes for the water to heat up in the shower which by that point we had come to terms with taking a cold shower. We had a balcony room above the courtyard and I was very excited for the 10:00pm pool closure because the echoing was SO loud in our rooms. Overall a great stay, it was our 2nd time staying at this hotel and this year was better than last year; now I just hope they get some things updated - but nothing that we wouldn't come back because of!

Great little place to stay. The rooms were a little dates but overall was a good stay with a beautiful pool area. Kudos to the lady working the night shift, she was super friendly.

The room was old and not real clean. The top lock was broken on my door. The room was dark and creepy. I felt unsafe and left without spending the night.

The first room had huge stains all over the carpet, so I was moved to another room. The second room had some stains, but not so bad. The bathroom door had major chipped paint. There were strong odors as well.The rooms need updating. After talking to the cleaning lady, she did go out of her way to clean thoroughly in the rooms we stayed in.

This hotel needs major updates. Paint carpet, etc. The first room had huge stains all over the carpet. Moved to another room and there were some stains, but not as bad. There was also an odor. Paint had chipped all the way down the bathroom door. I probably would not stay again.

The front desk staff were amazing, helpful and friendly.

Pictures that are online must of been taken 15 - 20 years ago because the rooms don't look as updated to what is online. The room was quiet & the Staff was very friendly.

This was part of a 2 night stay but two different bookings. The cleanliness of our room was terrible. There were air fresheners underneath of furniture. The chair in the room was so stained there were outlines on it from watermarks drying. The paint was peeling everywhere. I’m assuming this room does not get used often. It was attached to the iup room? We left for the day and when we came back the smell of fumes was so heavy it was horrible. The front desk sprayed room spray? It didn’t do anything. We also took our son to play games by the pool and the race game ate his money. We told the maintenance guy but he just closed it up and didn’t do anything. Outside of convenience to iup I would not stay here again. I used my points and feel like it was a complete waste. Personally you’re better off spending more or staying away further than booking somewhere this dirty for that much.

We stayed two nights but separate bookings. Friday night was not terrible however we were told to go through the courtyard and then outside and up the stairs then back in to get to our room. Later we realized we never had to go outside?? The hallway to our room was incredibly hot. I would be surprised if it was under 100. The room itself this night was not awful however the experience was not good. When we were checking in the front desk said the room number out loud. I noticed it because I travel for work often and I’ve been told on multiple past trips they can’t say the room number out loud. Anyways, i noticed it right away because there was only myself, daughter, her friend and my little boy along with a man we didn’t know. I took my son swimming and my daughter (college student) worked in the room on her homework. While we were in the courtyard my daughter called me hysterical because there was a man banging very hard on the door of the room. He was saying maintenance but we didn’t call for maintenance. After talking to the desk they said it was to confirm my last name? With the world today I’m pretty astounded that a man was sent to this room to pound on the door the way he did just to confirm the booking name even though I was fully checked in including signing papers?? All in all this night was not as bad as the second night in terms of the room however this hotel is well under a 7/10 rating. I would say 5 at best? Staff was kind outside of that I do not recommend.
