très mauvaise surprise en arrivant : nous avons dû payer un supplément de 135 € ! Pas mal pour une réservation à 275 €! En fait ce n'est pas vous (Trip.com) qui avez réservé pour nous , mais ******* ! Bravo, merci Trip.com ! Nous pensions avoir un mobil home (pour 3, nous avions demandé 2 lits) et ******* aurais demandé 2 mobil home ! Et les taxes à payer ont été très mal estimées par vous Trip.com ! Vous nous avez indiqué 25 dollars, mais c'était 65 ! Vraiment, on s'est demandé à quoi vous avez servi Trip.com ? Je pense qu'on ne réservera plus avec vous

Нет горячей воды, я заплатил более 500 долларов за холодный душ, и, хотя на территории есть душевые, добраться до них пришлось пешком или на машине, и, поскольку я заплатил так много, я ожидал, по крайней мере, теплый душ в трейлере. В остальном все было в порядке. Только не делай ничего плохого! Очевидно, они считают, что могут заставить человека заплатить им штраф в размере 300 долларов за курение, лол. Я не курю, но попробуйте заставить меня заплатить незаконный штраф!!!

Loved it, fully furnished camper, easy access to the Grand Canyon, close to downtown Williams. Great alternative to a cramped hotel room for families

Let me start by saying, the staff here is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. However, the overall stay based on what is advertised is not accurate. We rented an RV which was held together inside by a lot of wood colored duct tape and dirty dishes. We didn't plan on spending a ton of time inside the RV, so at first it wasn't a problem. But there is no space to do anything here, would not call it camping in the slightest. No hiking, no area to run around for the kids, in fact, it's right next to the highway and across the street from a truck stop. This is more of an overnight stay for those who are traveling through and need RV hook ups, not a "glamping" experience. Very thankful for the kind staff, but we wont be back here.

I don't recommend this property. For both days here, the wifi has not worked. Was told it was because of the poor weather, but there was no problem with the weather the second day and we still got no TV. The heat doesn't work well in the room and the toilet leaks.

Great location. We actually stayed in an RV just north of where the shown picture was taken. Pet friendly and highly recommend. We will be going back! Met the owners daughter and she ended up being our neighbor :) Very friendly.

Its really cool. The only thing i misunderstood was that I thoight it was in more of a remote area and uta right off thw freeway across from a truck stop.

The trailers was quite run down and in need of repair. however the emp;oyees at the park were very helpful and ready to remedy any issues we had if they could.

The accommodations are very good and the whole family enjoyed the experience of spending a few days at Grand Canyon Glamping.

The property was very nice. The RV was clean and cute. It was very enjoyable. The only disappointment is that it did not have a view of the mountains, as advertised. In fact it looked out at other RVs that was at nearly arm’s length.

We enjoyed this place so much we extended our vacation to came back and end our trip here! Everything, literally everything is top-notch. Clean, excellent staff, reasonably priced, I could go on and on. If you want a wonderful place to stay, this is it!
