The owners of the hotel are very pleasant and accommodating. The housekeepers do a great job cleaning up the rooms

I only gave this property a 4 star just because it needs updating. It was clean and the staff were very nice and polite. Convenient to restaurants and some shopping. Close to downtown also

2nd year at this motel. Pretty nice rooms for the price. Nice owners and employees. We get a king room and was comfy. Our only complaint is the pillows are too small. But i just got another pillow and was better. I recommend this motel if you want to save money.

Easy access in and out. Clean, no frills, no shampoo or lotions ? Morning brunch, questionable, old donuts(4), no fruit, Bob Evans next door. Old school place, bring 1 extension cord

On the lower side of "hotels"... the entry door had to be slammed with full force in order to close and lock, which I'm sure the other guest didn't like. Carpet was in dire need of replacement. Saturday night was a party in the parking lot. I'd pay the extra and get a better room next time.

Everything was clean and the desk was able to extend my stay without a problem. So helpful for 50th reunion at college.

Decent hotel for a last minute booking. Glad I could just use my stamps to get it, better than a motel 6 but needs some updating for sure

Everything was good, considering the price. The bed was comfortable and seemed new. The room was adequate, with a refrigerator and microwave. Bathroom had a tub/shower, toilet, sink and the main room had a sink, counter and mirror. The room smelled like cleaning products when we first went in, but it wasn't overpowering. We were on the side closest to the road and traffic noise was not bad. No breakfast but you can walk across the parking lot to Bob Evans, or later in the day to Roosters for some wings or a sandwich. There was plenty of parking and within a mile there are lots of fast food places and a Kroger. It is a short drive to the World Equestrian Center and a cost effective option to paying $250 a night or more for a WEC cabin that has more beds but only one bathroom.

The staff was very helpful. The only suggestion I have is the room numbers need to be painted white so you can see them from the parking lot when you are trying to find your room.

It looked very out dated. The bed was uncomfortable and not enough outlets to plug in my cpap machine i need medically . I only could sleep on that side of the bed. Where i could of had a better sleep on the otherside of the bed. But the staff was great let me check in early and worked to get the room clean because i needed a down stairs room because i am handicap to use the stairs. No elevator. The building itself looks runned down . To me its a 39.00 a night motel. Or by the hr. Very sad.

It was an older motel, but ownership has done a nice job of presenting a clean, affordable experience.

The carpet in the rooms is very dirty. The rest of the room was acceptable in regards to clean. Had to even ask for shampoo, surrounding area is noisy
