Ibis hotels as always very practical, recommend , they have laundry so when you on the road it helps a lot

Of less interest, not a great place, really basic service and room

Booked in (6 days) starting on a Sunday evening. Had previously emailed to say arrival was about 23:00 (on late flight). Outer door shut. Oh dear...another chap turns up. He phoned chum already inside who came down and opened both doors. Went inside. Reception firmly shut. Notice says shuts at 22:00. Don't panic. there's a check in machine in the lobby. Screen demands reference number that appears nowhere on the booking form. Oh double dear.....No alternative to sleeping in reception or booking elsewhere for the night. Next morning at 06:30 return to reception waving unanswered email advising my arrival time. Told that a) my reservation was cancelled as a no-show and b) the machine in the lobby was broken (and had been for some time). However rooms available (yes, mine) which hadn't been re-let overnight. Made a new reservation on the spot. Charged an early pre-noon arrival fee !! Of all the hotels in all the world that I have stayed at this has to be about the worst experience ever

Convenient for the centre with shops and museum and 5 minutes’ walk from a monorail station, so also handy for the opera house. Clean, friendly, comfortable bed, reasonable buffet breakfast. Small bar in foyer. Parking.

Location is very good, close to the train station compact but comfortable rooms with good breakfast

Stayed at this hotel while on business in the city with a colleague. The location was good, a short walk from the train station. The staff were friendly. My colleague had forgotten his toothbrush and they gave him one free of charge. The reception area looks very modern - the rooms were a little dated but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with a large range of items.

Tolles Ibis Hotel mit hervorragendem Service und einen engagiertem Team. Familiärer Flair. Saubere funktionale Zimmer und ein hervorragendes Frühstück. Netter Service an der Hotelbar. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar. Sehr zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder. Welcome Drinks für alle Gäste. Leider kein Welcome Treatment. Dafür sehr freundlicher Service.

Ich war geschäftlich für 1 Nacht in Wuppertal und bin mit der Übernachtung sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es die "Karawane" ein gutes arabisches Restaurant. Das schöne Luisenviertel ist 1,4 km entfernt, dort gibt es viele REstaurants und Bars.

Net en schoon hotel. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Wel jammer dat er geen fatsoenlijke matrassen op het bed liggen maar, gewoon een dunne topper op het bed. Dekbed is smaller dan dat het bed breed is. Ontbijt was prima, niet super veel keuze maar wel lekker.
