Kangxin Hotel

1) Check-In took 2 hours after arrival at the lobby front desk, in 40 C temperature, before I could get into my room, even though I had a confirmed reservation and had paid in advance for 2 nights. 2) Hotel told me to go register at a local police station, which no other hotel in China has ever required. After I arrived at the nearest station and told my story in Chinese to two separate cops they sent me away empty handed and told me to go somewhere else, but provided no adddess. It was a useless goose chase around town in 40 C heat. 3) Hotel staff in lobby all stared at me, laughed at me, mocked me, and treated me like a zoo animal. 4) Hotel tried to give me the wrong cheaper room on the 2nd floor, rather than the 6th floor suite I had booked & paid for. 5) The room's carpet was covered with black cigarette burns. 6) Under the room's carpet were hidden sinkholes. 7) My room was never cleaned during the 3 days & 2 nights I stayed there. 8) Staff repeatedly knocked on my door too early in the morning at 6:00 A.M. and too late at nighr at 10:30 P.M. for no good reason. 9) I could hear loud voices coming up through the floor from the room below mine after midnight until 1:00 A.M. 10) After I checked out staff chased me down the street demanding more money.

房間裏面非常乾淨衞生！設施也非常不錯！服務人員態度非常好！周圍環境非常好！吃飯非常的方便！購物也非常方便！

酒店前有專門的停車場，停車很方便。房間乾淨衞生。設施齊全。適合出差居住。 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌。

看着高大上。該裝修了。屋裡一股臭腳丫子味！

歐式建築風格的酒店，外觀很是氣派，獨立停車場方便自駕停車。酒店服務熱情，及時為客人更換略吵們房間，為服務點贊。

酒店很不錯，和宣傳圖片一樣。服務真是超級贊:本來預訂的住兩晚，可是第一天晚上我愛人腳受傷了走不成路，衹能提前結束行程回來檢查身體。反映給攜程客服以後，酒店方面立刻同意全額退回第二天的房費，前台兩個小姐姐在深夜熱心幫我找附近的葯店買葯品避免傷勢惡化。真是萬分感謝。下次去洛陽一定還住這裏。祝願酒店生意興隆財源廣進

挺好，就在連霍高速邊上，走路晚上臨時入住挺方便，周圍吃飯也方便

房間設施比較晚上，就是比較老舊，隔音不好，遇到一個旅遊團，半夜一起聚餐嗷嗷叫，早上6點多又集合要出發，又是嗷嗷叫，房間隔音不太好
