I was told that "changing rooms would cost extra," and they claimed that "single rooms have a fixed layout on each floor," refusing to offer any reasonable solutions. The price was severely disproportionate to the experience; it failed to provide a basic quiet environment for rest, and the service was both impatient and terrible."
