I arrived around 5 PM to check in, and there was no one at the front desk. I thought they would be back soon, but I waited for over 10 minutes with my 20-pound luggage before a staff member finally came over with dinner, without even an apology. Then, during check-in, they said I hadn't made a reservation, then they said I had canceled it. Luckily, this time I placed the order myself, not through a subordinate. Then they said the reservation wasn't made by me. After another 10 minutes of hassle, I finally found out she had received a message from Ctrip but forgot to complete the offline reservation process!
