Food was abysmal and seemed to be left out all day and reused the next day. Serious health hazard, we caught worms and had to be treated as soon as we arrived home. The ‘snack bar’ was just food left over from breakfast. Drinks provided with the all inclusive package were watered down and stale/flat. Also no sun cream on in the swimming pool which isn’t ideal for children.

Great hotel nice location attentive staff good food small pool gets overcrowding I have stayed there 3 times 15 minutes walk to the beach away from the night clubs so quiet place in the evening staff made me feel special on my birthday rooms are nice food is good aspecially the Russian salad

This was our first girls holiday trip. This was the only hotel it would let us book in with. Nothing is accurate in the description. You have to pay for wifi and aircon that doesn’t even work. We sat waiting for our room for 2 hours with people that checked in after us with the same amount of people which got let in before us. Within 2 hours of being in the room the electricity completely cut off we had no way of getting ready for the event that was already booked before hand. We ate at the hotel once there is no food options and all the pasta sauces were watery. Foodland was around the corner which was one of the best places we ate at in Laganas. We got back to the hotel at around 6/7am which was normal for everyone else but we got harassed by the security every night he called me a dumb blonde multiple times and said I had no respect, lots of comments were made about our parents for also not raising us correctly when we never said anything to disrespect any staff members, the only conversation we would have was for a taxi every night to the ***** as it is a 30min walk, we endured to make no noise when getting into the hotel as we were already tired enough we couldn’t be bothered with the security guard but he still kept going. The security guard also refused entry to the hotel to one of my friends who has the key card and stated that she didn’t stay here. It was our last night and we got back around 5am to go pack for our flight home that same morning and the security guard stood outside making sure we didn’t turn our lights on as we told him we had to pack he simply said he didn’t care. But the boys who were staying underneath us were on the balcony drinking and nothing got said to them for not being in the room. We all made sure to be respectful and not disturb anyone that wants to enjoy there holiday with a good nights sleep. Another incident which we had was I threw a towel to the boys underneath us as it was theirs drying on our balcony as they had no room and the security guard was watching with his binoculars - he proceeded to come over and scream at us because we handed someone else’s belongings back to them as we made friends with all the people living around us. This hotel is really badly managed the only nice thing about this place was the bathroom as it was just freshly redone. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

The entrance area from the main road wasn’t so self explanatory until we walked a bit past the smell of a septic tank which was absolutely disgusting and stank the whole holiday however it was so far away from any of the hotels amenities it’s not too relevant we then found a sign that said reception ＞＞ the lady at reception was ever so helpful in checking in and showed us to our room. The room was clean and functional however when we paid €70 for the aircon for 7 days on returning with the remote control it was found to be broken so we were moved to another identical room in which the air con worked perfectly. The way the power for the room worked was the key needed to be kept in the wall socket for all the plugs to be on and working so we were unable to charge our phones when we were at dinner etc however it wasn’t a big deal just a preference. The room was dated slightly however the shower room was very modern. I don’t think it’s worth updating the rooms until the items of furniture fail in order to keep costs low. We read reviews of the hotel prior to attending and it did say something about that the place was infested with mosquitoes 🦟 and we found this not to be true at all. I assume that this reviewer had kept the door open and light on at night which in any country would attract different wild life. We booked all inclusive which was good however it wasn’t great the selections of drinks were very cheap and any of the fizzy juice was what appeared to be from 2 litres of Lidl cola which wasn’t the best and I would have preferred unbranded draught cola / lemonade etc. Breakfast was good however one morning there was no juice and just water Lunch was very disappointing most days and the food items didint taste very nice (I do eat most things and I’m not a picky eater) but most items had mushroom in them which I found to be an odd choice for to cater for all as mushroom is commonly disliked world wide due to the strong taste and slug like appearance. Dinner was nice most days it did have some weird choices of food to put together however tasted okay some things were cold despite just having been put out like the fish for instance however there was a microwave there if you required it. The juice glasses were small , very small and in a hot country you like to keep up your fluid intake so better or bigger glasses would be best. We did have issues with our Greek next door neighbours who were a group of young girls who liked to bang on the floor walls shouting scream and sing all the time which was rather irritating. A phone call to reception and the noice stopped completely for the whole holiday. The complex has a security guard that patrols the hotel at night keeping the noise to an absolute minimum so after about midnight you can’t really be on your balcony having a loud get together otherwise they will have a moan at you but quite right everyone else needs to enjoy their holiday too Other than the above it was a lovel

So before I get into the negative stuff I like to give credit where due. The bar man from Sheffield (I dont know his name) was the kindest member of staff here. He always chatted to me when I was on my own and was very polite. There was an incident between ourselves and some other guest who made us feel uncomfortable and when i spoke to staff about it, (the nice bartender from sheffield and the curly haired lad) they did get the security to lead the other guests away and made sure we were ok. The pool area was nice and the bar was only a short walk away but thats pretty much the only positives I can think of. There are quite a few negatives that i really feel needs to be addressed. The food, although some of it was edible, was very bland and boring and you could tell they resused leftover food from the previous night. And it was usually the same things being served out. Im not a picky eater so i coped but my friend who i came with basically lived off plain spagghetti and bland mince. We went all inclusive but i really do believe the beer they serve is non alcoholic because i woold have quite a few aroind the pool and thats enough to get me tipsy but i didnt feel a thing. Same with the all inclusive spiritz. Watered down to buggery! With the amount i drank one night, i shouldve been flat out in my own vomit but i barely felt a thing. The room itself was ok for 3*. The beds were very comfortable, same for the pillows. But i tell you now, the shower was tiny. Each time we had a shower, the bathroom flooded and we had to waste our towels every day to make sure it was as clean as we could get it. Another thing. MOSQUITOS! Ive never been bit in my life but im coming home with at least 70+ bites. I read a review where they saw a mosquito nest near their room and came over with 100+ bites. Most nights we had to leave our door open because we were not prepared to pay for air con which is like 10/13 euros per day so we got bit like theres no tomorrow! Moreover, we got told there is free wifi. But we got told that we had to pay 10/13 euros per day per device but we had enough data to budget on so we didnt bother. But ive never heard a hotel who charges for wifi and aircon! That should be a neccessity. Its so greedy! You really do notice how they cut corners. Apart from the one member I mentioned before, the rest seemed very miserable. The blonde lady seemed ok but the young man with the long curly hair definatly needs to put on a smile and change his top. I probably saw him smile once in my TWO WEEK stay. Very unprofessional. Lastly, the walk is about 30/40 minutes to the ***** and beach. We did book here for the peace and quiet, but most mornings got woken up by loud dishes, staff singing like no one was around, and loud chatter. 6am! So most of the time we ended up missing breakfast due to exhaustion. There is also no entertainment so me and my friend got so bored each night since nights out on the ***** became boring after a few days. Over all i dont

Where do I start? Worst hotel ever! Wi-Fi? I got told I had to pay, which I did not. Air con? I have never known such a hotel where you have to pay for the aircon! That is just called greediness. The staff? I think out of 2 out of all the staff smiled at me. The rest of them are rude and miserable. I will not be returning at all to this hotel, the worst hotel experience ever! Don’t bother wasting your money on this hotel

Where do I start… first of all on arrival we found out we weren’t getting the room we payed for- we payed for one with a balcony in which the one we got was right next to the pool without a balcony. As we just had to accept it somebody who had been staying at the hotel a while and knew the people who were in the room before us then went on to tell us we had been given the worst room which everyone complains about. To top that off every morning the cleaners just helped themself to walking in whilst we were in bed/ undressed. Going onto the food… the food was absolutely awful and looked like it had been standing out for at least a week, it was the same bland dry food for every meal. To top all of this off whenever there was a problem or we needed advice for anything the staff were so snotty and moody 24/7, jet2 were fabulous but the hotel was the worst I have ever been too! Will NOT be returning. I could go on and on about lots more faults but I’ve just stated the obvious…

Arrived at hotel around 9pm along with another 3 couples, the member of staff who booked us lacked hygiene badly. Our room was as basic as you could get, the bedroom furniture was from the 80s, we had a stand up fridge freezer in our room which we had to turn off at night because of the noise coming from it. Dogs barking at night was appalling lots of residents complained about it. Food is below standard big time, at breakfast you had to ask for English breakfast tea bags you got one. Dinner at night was much the same every night and if they run out of something that was it, there was always a lack of knives,when you asked for a knife if took around 10 minutes to get one. Doors closed for dinner at 8.30pm, once the doors closed the staff grab a plate filled it to the brim and stood in front of you eating it NOT GOOD. If you require air-con it’s 10 euros per day, if you want WiFi it’s 10 euros a per day, what a take on, if you want to keep your room on for late check out it’s 60 euros, day light rubbery. Price’s in the bar change depending on who is on that night. One male member of staff who has curly hair needs to learn some manners, how to smile and requires some clean t-shirts. The worst part for me as a parent was when the founder members of the hotel staff sat pool side day and night watching female young girls around the pool, these guys are in their late 70s and 80s I think one of these dirty old men is called Denis they should be a shamed off them selves. To get to laganas ***** is 35 minutes walk and we’ll worth the walk for nice food and nice beaches. Jet 2 needs too take this hotel of their list off hotel’s, it’s very poorly run and not even a 2 star.

We booked this hotel as a last minute cheap break. We booked 3 night all inclusive! When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly young man and was shown to our ground floor room with a door leading onto the pool area. The room was adequate for 3 nights only. The room was in dire need of a repaint. There were squashed flys on the walls and lots of strange stains. There were lots of cobwebs. The bed was comfortable and we got fresh towels daily. We had to pay extra for the air con which I thought was ridiculous at €10 extra per day! It should come as standard. Wifi was also extra and would only work around the pool area. We were an extra €70 before we even reached the room (wifi, air con and safety deposit box) DO NOT GO ALL INCLUSIVE we had dinner the first night which was completely inedible. I am not a fussy eater and I did not enjoy the food available. The fish in a mustard sauce was disgusting and I questioned whether it was even cooked. The chicken was extremely dry and the rest of the food available was tasteless and lukewarm. The breakfast was ok, lukewarm but edible. The lunch options where as bad as the dinner option. As for the all inclusive drinks, not worth it! The spirits where watered down. The mixers where from the cheapest soda bottles and flat! I asked for a baileys and was told the bottles on the shelf are only for 'show' the staff member sniffed the bottle and said the liquid inside was 'off' The pool area was clean and inviting, there were always sunbeds and there were no sunbed wars in the morning! The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, there is a shop opposite and a supermarket a bit down the road. The main ***** is about a 30-40 minute walk. We ate out most of the time and we visited a restaurant called GRECOS which was lovely! We booked the turtle island excursion which was excellent, I would extremely recommend this! We absolutely loved Zakynthos and we will definitely visit the island again however we would never pay the money to visit this hotel again, I also would not class it as 3 stars!
