Victory Star Village Creative Life Park is located in the East District of Tainan. Originally built in the 1950s as the Air Force's "Victory New Village" military dependents' housing, it is one of the most well-preserved American-style military villages in Taiwan. After its renovation in 2019, the park retained its low-rise houses, tree-lined avenues, and red-brick arcades. It now features cultural and creative shops, cafes, craft classrooms, independent bookstores, and live streaming studios, with over 60 unique stores. During the day, visitors can enjoy a leisurely stroll, while at night, the romantic lighting creates a charming atmosphere. The park also hosts monthly weekend markets and outdoor concerts. The retro military housing walls have become a popular spot for Instagram photos, earning it the title of "Tainan's most chill nostalgic cultural and creative park." Wandering through the park feels like traveling back in time.
