We stayed at Pyhalinna and overall found the apartment itself to be decent. The facilities inside the unit were quite complete and convenient. However, the cleanliness was disappointing — the bed sheets were not clean when we arrived. The funny (and slightly frustrating) part was that after we reported it, someone came to do a light cleaning of the room (even though we were previously told mid-stay cleaning required an extra fee), but the sheets still weren’t changed. The property is ski-in/ski-out and located next to the “family slope,” but there are many areas that really need improvement. First of all, for beginners without a car, it takes around 30 minutes to walk down to the base area to rent equipment(experienced can use the shop on the mountain), and the path is quite unsafe. Honestly, this alone almost made me give a one-star review. Secondly, the so-called family slope wasn’t fully open, and the upper section was surprisingly steep — definitely not what we expected for a family-friendly run. Returning the rental equipment was also inconvenient; you must ski all the way to the bottom because the shop on the mountain doesn’t accept returns. After returning our equipment, we were very lucky that the ski patrol officer Markus kindly offered to take us back up the hotel. We really appreciated his help — without him, it would have been another long and difficult walk. There are simply many practical issues that should be improved. I truly hope the resort can learn from more established ski destinations to create a safer and more beginner-friendly experience. The positive interactions with the staff were the main reason we didn’t give this place a one-star rating — they truly made a difference despite the other issues. The room was lovely design however there hasn't floor heater. At first staff told me they wont charge on pet fee. After I check in they said they have to charge for pet fee 30 Euro! It is quite upset but i dont ruin the day. But the food was really nice I was love the line of buffet.

Обслуживание персонала хорошее, они не предоставляют информацию добровольно, но если вы спрашиваете, они отвечают очень дружелюбно. Завтрак был средним, как по размаху, так и по качеству. Поскольку в то время, когда я останавливался (начало осени), в деревне было так тихо, я не пробовал другие блюда в их ресторанах, решив вместо этого пойти в центр города. С точки зрения удобств это курорт, и никто не помог донести ваш багаж до вашего номера, который находится в нескольких минутах ходьбы. Вы можете заплатить за это. Wilderness Hotel Juutua is a charming and peaceful hotel located just outside the town center of Inari, right next to Lake Inari. The lakeside location is truly beautiful, offering stunning natural views and a calm atmosphere that feels very special, especially in winter. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, with warm smiles that make guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. The room is warm and comfortable, which is important in the cold Lapland climate. However, the room feels quite small for two people, especially when traveling with luggage. Moving around and storing suitcases can be a bit inconvenient. Bathroom amenities are mostly sufficient, but toothbrushes and razors are not provided, which would be expected at this level of hotel. Other amenities are well prepared. Breakfast quality is good, but unfortunately we could not fully enjoy it because it closes too early at 10:00 AM, which may not be ideal for guests who prefer a relaxed morning or late start. Overall, Wilderness Hotel Juutua offers a beautiful lakeside setting, warm hospitality, and a cozy atmosphere. Despite some minor drawbacks such as room size and limited bathroom amenities, it is still a very pleasant stay and a great choice for travelers looking to experience the natural beauty of Inari.

Bad management during check in. I book an Apartment for 2 nights for this stay but I got the room for 1 night each. Staff told me I have to change room tomorrow and check out at 12PM. So that mean first night I stay and tomorrow check out 12PM and wait for a new room. Also, the apartment is very far from reception. Luckily, I have a car. Imagine if I don't have a car, I have to carry big luggage from the apartment to reception to check out and wait for new room later and move my luggage to new room again, how was it? Moreover, when I check out at 12PM staff told me the room will ready for check in around 2 hours. Then came back to check in again for second at 3PM another staff told me the room is not ready yet and policy for the Apartment check in time is 6PM. ***!!! I said I need the room now because this is unacceptable. Then staff told me the room is ready and give me the key card. So, for this situation I waste the time for half day to pack my luggage, move a lot of luggage to my car with a lot of snow, check out, go to reception for check out, wait the new room, wait, wait, wait, and come back to check in and got very bad answer that she told the room is not ready, and go to check in again, move my luggage to new apartment with a lot of snow, and take a rest. VERY BAD!!!!!

Лучший отель, в котором я останавливался за все путешествие по Северным странам, хотя он был дорогим. Но расположение хорошее, номер большой, удобства новые, обслуживание на стойке регистрации хорошее. Вид с подоконника хороший. Все это супер круто Рекомендуем посетить сауну отеля, это отличные впечатления! рекомендовать!

The service here is quite good, the staff in the recee will give you some useful advice if you ask, room is really awesome, geting a nice view from the balcony. The breakfast is also good. 服务很好，房间有阳台，浴室，桑拿房。风景很好，周边有几个餐厅可以吃饭。早餐也不错

Гостиницу в Рованиеми я бронировала летом. Гостинца называется Scandic Rovaniemi City. Цена за ночь с завтраком за троих была более 30 тысяч рублей. Я надеялась, что границы из Питера в Финляндию будут открыты. Но их закрыли окончательно в ноябре 2024. Я пробовала вернуть хотя бы часть денег, заплаченных за гостиницу. Но, так как тариф был невозвратный, то на любую просьбу, даже вернуть 50%, было отказано. Уже в тот момент я поняла на сколько гостиница неклиентооринтирована. Как я ее выбрала? По рейтингу, местоположению и по цене - была самая адекватная цена из всех других вариантов. В деревне Санта Клауса ночь проживания стоила более 100 тысяч рублей. От нашей гостиницы до деревни Санты ехать 10 минут. Поэтому выбор пал на нее. В гостиницу мы приехали около 11 часов утра. Заселение было с 16 часов. Хотя при бронировании указано, что после 15 часов. В гостинице была реклама их услуги Fast заселение. Конечно же нас не заселили в 11 часов. Ни просто так, на за дополнительную оплату. Сказали подождать и что у них гостиница переполнена. Мы пошли гулять, периодически забегая в гостиницу. Нас не заселили в 13, в 14. Хотя выезд из гостиницы в 12 и уже выборочно кого-то заселяли. В итоге после 15 часов нам наконец-то вручили ключи от номера. Дальше мое недовольство гостиницей только возрастало. За ту сумму которую я отдала за эту гостиницу я не получила - чайник в номер, чай, кофе, сахар, кружки, тапки, халаты, открывающиеся окна в номере, простую бутилированную воду. Я спросила на ресепшен про чайник - мне сказали, что около ресепшен есть автомат с горячей водой и можно приходить набирать в одноразовые стаканчики, которые расположены рядом с этим автоматом. И дальше представьте. Я могу за 1 раз унести 2 стакана воды. Что бы нас попить чай втроем мне надо дважды спускаться за водой с 4 этажа на ресепшен. И это надо еще накинуть теплую кофту или куртку, так как там холодно. А так как у меня муж немного приболел, то я нон-стоп бегала за этой горячей водой. Хотели проветрить номер - а ручек в окнах нет и они не открываются никак. Вообщем, это самый худший отель, в котором я бывала за последнее время.
