Отличное расположение по отношению к центральному железнодорожному вокзалу, супермаркету, универмагу Tokmanni, достопримечательностям, автобусному терминалу Kamppi для однодневной поездки в Порвоо, паромной переправе в крепость Суомен. Недавно отремонтированный номер в 100-летнем отеле, обогреватель для сушки полотенец в ванной, очень улыбчивый персонал, хороший здоровый сытный завтрак. Самый рекомендуемый отель!

Отель отличный, расположение супер. Завтрак невероятно вкусный. Смузи, свежий хлеб, печеные овощи, сыры и колбасы. Единственный минус. У меня нет карты, наличку в залог брать отказались. Сказали, что закроют мини бар. Пришли и очень настойчиво стучали в номер, будто я заталкивала в себя срочно все, что было в этом холодильнике) А так все супер, рекомендую

Отель Senate, хотя и простой, расположен в хорошем месте для знакомства с местными достопримечательностями — в 10 минутах ходьбы от магазинов/ресторанов/ночных клубов центра Хельсинки; в 15 минутах ходьбы от гавани, если вы приедете на пароме; и прямо рядом с Сенатской площадью/Хельсинкским собором. Сам отель находится в многоквартирном доме на пятом этаже и имеет десять номеров. Есть пятичасовое окно, в которое вас встретит администратор (с 15:00 до 20:00). В остальное время вам дадут код, чтобы войти в главную дверь здания, а затем в парадную дверь гостиничной секции, что мне и пришлось сделать. Как оказалось, дружелюбный сотрудник все еще был там, когда я приехал, и мне повезло, что мне бесплатно повысили категорию номера. Двухместный номер, который мне дали, был больше среднего, в нем была раковина и небольшой холодильник. Ванная комната и туалеты общие, но чистые, с хорошим, сильным душем и отдельными мужскими и женскими туалетами. Также есть небольшая общая кухня, где вы можете приготовить еду. В моем номере отеля была удобная кровать и достаточно плотные шторы, что, если вы здесь в разгар лета, означает, что вас не разбудит восход солнца раньше 4 утра! Декор немного устарел, но если вам нужна информация о том, что делать, куда идти и что происходит в Хельсинки, то информации предостаточно. Это скорее отель для краткосрочного пребывания — максимум на несколько дней, но если вам нужно хорошо расположенное, теплое, простое место для проживания во время пребывания в городе, это на самом деле хороший выбор.

The room we were assigned does not have a window. So, no natural light nor air. It has a huge column in the middle (1 meter of diameter), reducing the free movement in it. Very uncomfortable. In addition, there was no television, but a beamer with a big screen (no instructions to use available). All in all, the bedroom was clean but far from the standards one expects in this type of 4-star hotels. We arrived very late at night for the check-in at the reception and we were not asked or informed about these room conditions. We did not request the change of room as it was so late and we were tired after a very long trip.

Room was big and spacious. Breakfast was great and the staff were polite whenever I meet them along the way to the lift or back to my room. I would like to suggest if a dual card can be provided so that the room can be kept alight when the card key is removed and bring out as sometime the room is too dark and the door closes too fast before I can slot in the card. This hotel is close to the Helsinki central station and most of the itenary such as Helsinki cathedral or some of the nicely decorated library.

Scandic Simonkenttä Hotel is a very good choice for staying in Helsinki, especially for travelers who want a convenient and central location. The hotel is within walking distance from the main railway station, making it easy to get around the city, and it is located right in the city center, close to shopping areas and attractions. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, with a positive attitude and genuine smiles, which makes the stay more pleasant. Breakfast is varied and interesting, with a good selection of food to start the day. However, it closes a bit early — breakfast ends at 10:00 AM, which may feel slightly rushed for guests who prefer a more relaxed morning. The room is comfortable and warm, which is especially important during cold weather. Bathroom amenities are mostly complete, but toothbrushes and razors are not provided, which would be a nice addition for a hotel at this level. Aside from that, other amenities are well-prepared and sufficient. Overall, Scandic Simonkenttä offers a comfortable stay, excellent location, and good service. With a few small improvements, especially regarding bathroom amenities and breakfast hours, it would be an even better experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Stay at Scandic Paasi – Clean, Stylish, and Comfortable Our group of friends from Vietnam had a very pleasant stay at Scandic Paasi during our recent trip to Helsinki. Overall, the hotel was beautiful, clean, and offered very good quality for the price. The rooms were modern, well-designed, and spotless. Beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and everything felt neat and thoughtfully arranged. After long days exploring the city, it was a great place to rest and recharge. We also loved the hotel’s unique design and cozy atmosphere—it felt modern but still warm and welcoming. The common areas were spacious and nicely decorated, perfect for relaxing or chatting together as a group. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and key attractions in Helsinki. Breakfast was another highlight: good variety, fresh ingredients, and a nice Scandinavian touch that our group really enjoyed. Overall, Scandic Paasi delivered exactly what we were looking for: a clean, comfortable, and high-quality hotel experience. We would definitely recommend it to friends and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Helsinki.

A decent choice if you’re coming for work or business. The hotel has a spacious common area with plenty of desks, meeting rooms, and sofas, which makes it easy to work or take calls. Other shared facilities include a kitchen, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi. Breakfast is served at a café connected to their Noli 2 property, so if you book a room with breakfast you’ll need to walk there. It’s fine but not remarkable — limited options, and a bit disappointing since there’s a full restaurant on-site that serves meals later in the day. Not a big issue, but worth noting. Room amenities are quite mixed. I stayed in two different studio rooms - both had some unexpected conveniences like full utensils, a washing machine, and an oven, but oddly no TV or couch. Service is also limited: check-in is self-service, and staff are only available during certain hours. It’s definitely a lower service level than most hotels I’ve stayed at elsewhere, though perhaps that’s typical for Finland or this price range. Overall, it’s not a bad stay by any means. If you’re here for work and want a practical base in the area, it’s a solid option - just come with the right expectations.
