Ванная комната немного скользкая, а пол тоже грязный. Батарейки в пульте от телевизора и кондиционере разряжены, приходится звонить в службу поддержки, чтобы поменяли.
Кондиционер холодный, спальня хорошая, подушка тоже хорошая, не слишком высокая, и я могу спать крепко.
Завтрак так себе, мне очень нравятся сиомай и придж, они очень вкусные. Омлет стандартный, потому что в него ничего не кладут. Им нужно улучшить меню.

Facilities and food are excellent. The service however, especially the staff at the hotel restaurant, are not so friendly, and sort of less than the standard to expect from such a 4-star-hotel.

An experience worth coming for and coming back to. The Gumaya serves as a reminder of what quality service can become when great products are handled by great people. The rooftop bar offers exquisite views, and friendly staff tend to your every need.
A staple since the early 2000s for families and solo travelers alike, the Gumaya evolved into a quality offering in a sea of competition for the best 5 star in Semarang. Clean and spacious rooms with a good view either side, tasteful decor, and a comfortable overall experience. Breakfast was Lucious and plentiful, easy parking, and central location to explore Semarang plus the added taxi convenience makes it an all rounder

Overall had a great stay there as a couple visiting Solo for the first time. Location wise is really strategic, close to a lot of attractions and foods! Service is really warm and good too. Breakfast selection is good but quality can be improved.

Overall service was excellent especially Mr Aviet, duty manager. I highlighted to him that there was no view at all in my room; the mirror was stained and the tap water splashing when turned on. He immediately came to my room and gave options for a change. He swapped my room on the same floor with a nice view on the second day for the rest of my stay.
The breakfast every morning was a good spread and the staff team worked well in harmony.
Overall, good experience with excellent both front desk and F&B. We

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations, making for one of the most enjoyable and stress-free travel experiences I've had in a long time.
From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the cleanliness was immediately apparent. The common areas were spotless, well-maintained, and had a fresh, inviting aroma. This attention to detail extended to my room, which was impeccably clean. The sheets were crisp, the bathroom sparkled, and there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere. It's always a relief to know you're staying in a place that prioritizes hygiene, and this hotel clearly does.
Beyond just cleanliness, the overall quality of the hotel was excellent. The decor was modern and tasteful, the furnishings were comfortable, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and well-chosen. Everything from the comfortable bed to the high-speed Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, contributing to a truly comfortable stay.
What truly set this hotel apart was how easy everything was. Check-in was a breeze, navigating the hotel was intuitive, and all the services I needed were readily accessible. There were no confusing signs, no hidden fees, and no unnecessary complications. It felt like the hotel was designed with guest convenience in mind, allowing me to relax and enjoy my trip without any added stress.
Last but certainly not least, the receptionist deserves special mention. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. ГГостьThis is my 2nd visit to this hotel. Previous visit was quite ok, however this time we were dissapointed with their cleanliness. Once we entered the room, the bedsheet and blankets were a bit smelly and there were yellowish color on them. Also, they forgot to refill the body soap inside the room. Although they did replace the dirty bedsheets and refilled the soap after making a request, but it shows how lacking they are in their cleanliness. Management needs to pay attention to this!

ГГостьAbrikri Village has provided excellent services during our stay in Dieng, Wonosobo.
Starting from the pre-departure service when the staff member contacted me personally to assist our reservation for 16 people— especially when I asked their assistance to arrange our breakfast mode to be made at 2AM due to our specific agenda. When we have arrived at the Abriki Village, they were very responsive in accommodating our reservation by making the check-in process hazzle-free. The staff members were also really acommodating our needs, showcasing a true-identity of Javanese welcoming services.
The Villa is actually even BETTER than the pictures. The rooms are very clean and spacious, especially the Three-Bedroom Villa and the Two-Bedroom Villa. The in-room and out-room facilities work properly without any issues. Our family also had no issues on the wifi provided as it can be accessed in all the area of the Villa.
As for the breakfast, even though the breakfast menu are quite standard as it serves the basic Indonesian buffet style, yet our family really enjoyed the food and beverages provided.
The location for the Villa is also convenient as it’s located 5 minutes from Alun-alun of Wonosobo City and 40-50 minutes to reach Puncak Sikunir Dieng.
For me personally, this villa deserves a 5-star due to its excellent services, facilities, and locations.
However, there are still rooms of improvement, such as additional services like Netflix for each room, more varieties of breakfast option, and the balcony/terrace of 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom villa’s entrance that should have a roof that would cover us from the rain when entering the villa.
Nevertheless, if I had chance to go back to Dieng, Wonosobo, I would CERTAINLY BE DELIGHTED to stay again at the Abriki Village again. That’s for sure.

But, the one that’s bothering me is they don’t put a sign for a “sold out” food/beverages, other than that, some of the menu is not the same with the menu that they already displayed in their website. We’re already expecting food when we’re hungry, waiting, just for the fact that they can’t served that food because that’s sold out. It’s really bothering me.
