Было очень приятно. Номер был большим и чистым, и было четыре варианта подушек. В представительском лаунже на пятом этаже была вкусная еда, и мы часто там останавливались и не хотели уходить. Персонал тоже был очень гостеприимным.

The Good: • Location & Accessibility: The hotel’s primary strength is its central location, offering excellent accessibility to key business districts and local attractions in Tunis. It's easy to navigate the city from here. • Common Areas: The lobby, reception (except very awkward and hard to communicate with), and non-room facilities (like meeting spaces) are well-maintained and modern, suggesting where the hotel’s recent investments have been focused. The Areas for Improvement: • Outdated Guest Rooms: The biggest drawback of the stay was the condition of the hotel room. They are noticeably outdated, featuring worn furniture, older decor, and fixtures that are desperately in need of renovation. While clean, the overall look and feel are tired, making the stay feel less comfortable and certainly not reflecting modern Novotel standards. • ”Meh” Breakfast: Following the trend of many business hotels, the breakfast was mediocre at best. The quality of ingredients was average, the offerings lacked freshness, and the buffet was uninspired. It was functional but certainly not a highlight a bland start to the day that did not justify the price. Conclusion: The Novotel Tunis is a practical option if location is your main priority. The staff are competent yet snobbish and the location is superb. However, the combination of an outdated room design and a forgettable breakfast prevents this hotel from being a truly great choice. If the management addresses the much-needed room renovations, the Novotel Tunis could significantly elevate its standing.

Being engaged to a tunisian girl i fly frequently to tunis from the UK. Location of the hotel is good, 15 minutes from airport, busy area but i dont think its an area to walk around at late night. Ive tried loads of the hotels ranging from 2 stars to 4 star hotels in tunis city, hamamet and sousa areas. This hotel is a small hidden gem. I was Greeted with a smile when i came around midnight, check in took a minute (unfortunately wasn't given the wifi password on the spot had to ask for it latter on) The wifi was very fast in the room, i had no issues with connectivity The owner offered me a complementary bottle of water which i appreciated cause if was thirsty and hungry, they offered to get me some food from a nearby fast food place, so i requested a sandwich which i paid 15 tunisian dinners for ( didnt likee the sandwich much but i appreciated there help 😅😅😅) The hotel itself is very very nice, not a generic build, had a tunisian look to it with paintings everywhere, they have like a small venue area down in reception The room was spacious and again nothing generic about it. The beds were steel frame beds so nothing fancy but the mattress was new and comfortable Everything was spot on clean flat tv on the wall and an A/C unit which was functional, all remotes were there in the room. The rooms were very calm, no noise and most important they WEREN'T PAPER THIN !!!! No kettle or tea/coffee in the room 2 towels in bathroom, small to medium size, no large ones Shampoo was available in packets, they supplied 2, Toiletries available, very clean modern toilet, no leaks Overall I loved this hotel, i paid 20 pounds for the night and i am 100% sure i will be coming again soon

Гигиена хорошая, но в ресторане мухи. Хорошее расположение, недалеко от аэропорта Хорошие удобства, бассейн и гриль-бар. Сервис: В ресторане есть официанты, которые не говорят по-английски, а некоторые официанты не очень позитивны и нуждаются в улучшении.

Отдыхали в этом отеле в Тунисе и остались очень довольны! Особенно понравились вкусные и разнообразные завтраки — всегда свежие продукты, большой выбор блюд. Пляж чистый, с мягким песком и удобными лежаками, приятно проводить там целый день. Отдельная благодарность менеджеру Мухамеду — он заселил нас раньше положенного времени, что было очень приятно после долгой дороги. Отличное место для спокойного отдыха, обязательно вернёмся!

Для тех, кто жалуется на шум транспорта. Во всех отелях в оживленных районах шумно. Не сердитесь на отель. Они не могут контролировать шум транспорта. Как насчет того, чтобы купить беруши? Я ношу их с собой везде, на всякий случай. Перестаньте себя жаловаться. Когда вы уходите на день? Как насчет того, чтобы повесить карточку на дверь, чтобы в вашем номере убрали? Как насчет того, чтобы сказать об этом на стойке регистрации, когда уходите? Конечно, нет, вы предпочитаете жаловаться. Я здесь уже неделю, и не было ни дня, чтобы я не видел уборщиков на полу. Нужно что-то, любезно попросите, и они будут более чем рады вам помочь. Перестаньте вести себя как заслуживающие, проявите немного уважения. Перестаньте скупиться и ожидать, что вам вручат платиновое блюдо. Все на стойке регистрации, охрана у баров, уборщики и т. д. были добры и любопытны. Кроме того, если ваша мать ухаживает за вами по рукам и ногам, не ожидайте того же от отелей. Они не ваши родители. Вырастите и возьмите на себя ответственность! Кровать в ужасном состоянии 🤣 Додумался сфотографировать. Номер чистый и комфортный. Никаких жалоб!

Если вы когда-нибудь будете в Тунисе, обязательно остановитесь в этом отеле. Дизайн потрясающий. Моя кровать обращена к морю. Вы можете лежать в кровати с видом на море. Весь персонал приятный и старается изо всех сил обслуживать. Особенно девушка на ресепшене при регистрации. Она улучшила мой номер. Очень ценю. Их сад огромный, очень тихий. Плюс частная прогулка по пляжу. Кардиозал с прекрасным видом. По-моему, он стоит своих денег. Не пропустите, как небо на рассвете становится розовым. На фото розового не видно. Вы можете увидеть его, когда будете здесь. Мне очень понравилось мое пребывание.

Он расположен недалеко от Тунисского озера, и гулять там очень приятно. Рядом также много ресторанов. Идеальное место. Подходит как для деловых поездок, так и для туризма. Завтрак просто восхитительный, с большим выбором фруктов.
