Overall, the room was clean and well-equipped with both central heating and an individual air conditioner. However, the staff were often unfriendly and seemed busy, frequently stepping outside to smoke, especially in the morning. Most of them also did not speak English. The hotel is quite isolated. While it has lake view, the view wasn't as appealing as I had hoped. There are only one or two expensive restaurants nearby, and they are not easy to walk to due to the lack of a proper path. The fact that you never see anyone walking in the area says it all. A major drawback was the lack of helpful information. The staff could not provide any details on public transport or long-distance bus schedules; their only suggestion was to take a taxi and go to the station and buy a ticket. I managed to get information for the local 102 bus purely by luck. Fortunately, I arrived early for the bus to Doğubeyazıt, which has a fixed schedule. If I had arrived after 9, I will have to wait for three hours. Other issues included an ATM they recommended initially that had no English language option, and an average breakfast that consisted of 90% cold dishes. If you go before 8 AM, there is no one ready to assist you. Verdict: Stay here only if you are driving and are primarily looking for a clean room in good condition.

The hotel room showed the sign of age but it was still clean. I was happy to have offered an upgrade of room with good view of the Van lake. Unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep well because the centralised air conditioning system made me sweat throughout the night. The room was so hot! Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast offered many choices of food. We also dined in the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food was average.

It is new building and clean. Staffs are friendly & nice. Most important thing in this hotel is The reception Lady👍 She has the most important roll in managing hotel. She will help you with anything you ask regardless wether your question is About the hotel services or shopping out ir finding a suitable place. This lady is the Real important Key in this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this Hotel without this lady sitting in reception seat👍👍👍 Thank you🙏🏻

Сотрудники отеля очень душевные. Они ответили на все мои вопросы о путешествии и дали мне несколько советов на английском языке. В последний день после выезда сотрудник отеля даже отвел меня на остановку микроавтобуса, рассказав, как добраться до замка Ван. Завтрак, который они предлагают, — это традиционный турецкий завтрак. А вот звукоизоляция номера очень плохая. Каждую ночь я просыпаюсь из-за шума снаружи. Если вы не строги к звуку, я настоятельно рекомендую вам забронировать этот отель.

Otel ***et güzeldi, çok memnun kaldık. Heryere yakın,merkezi konumda. Çalışanlar samimi ve ilgililer. Havuz ve diğer imkanlar da çok iyi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Расположен в центре Вана, очень легко добраться! Цена была очень разумной, а номер очень просторным! Я считаю, что это очень хороший отель. Если у меня будет возможность вернуться, я бы обязательно остановился здесь снова!
