It is close to Cambridge university and quite convenient to anywhere you wanna visit, the room is lovely with Cam river view. The stuff are all kind and supportful, I have to give my biggest thanks to stuff Emma who is so nice and unforgettable . Will absolutely choose this hotel next time when i am in Cambridge .

We absolutely loved the Hotel and would nightly recommend. Lots of room so our daughter felt like she had her own little area. Breakfast was of a high standard. My only criticism is I couldn’t open the bedroom windows . There is only AC. As a woman of a certain age this wasn’t helpful. Otherwise I wholeheartedly recommend..

My stay at Novotel Cambridge was extremely disappointing due to serious cleanliness issues. Upon checking into Room 205, I discovered visible blood stains on the duvet. This is not a minor oversight — it is a basic hygiene failure. Clean bedding is the absolute minimum standard any guest should expect. Finding blood stains immediately raised concerns about the room being properly cleaned and inspected. I reported the issue and was informed that the bedding had been cleaned again. However, when I returned to check, the stains were still there. This was both frustrating and alarming, as it suggested a lack of proper quality control within housekeeping. Only after escalating the matter was it properly addressed. Charlotte, the manager, eventually upgraded us to an executive room and provided complimentary breakfast, which I appreciate. However, this does not change the fact that the initial room condition was unacceptable and should never have happened in the first place. An upgrade is a service recovery gesture — it does not erase the hygiene concern or the distress caused at the start of our stay. I hope the hotel seriously reviews its cleaning procedures and room inspection standards to prevent future guests from experiencing the same issue. Unfortunately, based on cleanliness alone, I would not rate this stay highly.

The Hotel was clean and helpful - although many staff seemed a little less that informed - the rooms were clean but cold at night turning the heating up didn’t help - the amenities over Christmas and new year were not as advertised- and the restaurant closed over this period so bar meals on laps were the best they could offer except breakfast which was good. Food other than breakfast was a poor selection little to offer for children or someone with diabetes so we had to eat out a lot despite being pre charged for meals.  The swimming was good but times advertised were not adhered to and no one knew times - and the rules very varied.  Once in the pool it was clean and warm.  Overall on our 2nd visit - first was better I think perhaps Christmas period is not a family period in which to spend time here.

И около 2 часов ночи, пока мы спали, кто-то из стойки регистрации позвонил в номер по телефону и сказал, что в нашем номере сработала дымовая сигнализация из-за того, что кто-то курил в номере. И я, и мой партнер не курим, так что это явно не пригодилось. Худший опыт проживания в отеле.

Персонал отеля превосходный, включая персонал на стойке регистрации, администратора бассейна, персонал ресторана и уборщика. Я оставил свой мобильный телефон при выезде, пошел к машине, чтобы поискать, и когда я вернулся в вестибюль, сотрудник держал мой телефон и ждал меня там. Я благодарен им за то, что они сделали мою поездку на каникулы такой впечатляющей, и обязательно вернусь, если у меня будут каникулы. Очень рекомендую.

Good stay. The pool area is quite small and not the cleanest so wouldn’t give it 5 star. Handy that the lockers were free and free towels provided. Would’ve liked a dressing gown. Room service was quick, hot, and tasty. Customer service was lovely but quite slow on reception. I would definitely stay again!

這個是一家很老的酒店，酒店有點老舊，但勝在房間很大，酒店還是不錯的，唯獨缺點是二樓沒有電梯，不過整體入住體驗還是不錯，家庭出遊的不二選擇，設施衞生也很不錯！

Good place to get away for some peace and quiet and nice walks around the area. The food is not bad I have had worse at hotels before. Staff are friendly . Rooms were clean and stylish. We Enjoyed our stay . Thanks The Al-jalabys
