I booked this location for a real “British Experience.” Although I don’t know if it was a real experience, it was a REAL experience. From the moment the car arrived, I was impressed and in love. It is a true country estate, surrounded by green rolling hills and ancient trees. The first view down the driveway was of a stunning estate with beautifully landscaped grounds. We arrived early and they were able to register us immediately. The only downside was the number of stairs to get to the room, but this was minimal. The interior was breathtaking, the outside was awe inspiring. We had originally planned on taking a day to go to London, but quickly decided to stay and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the estate. The food was wonderful but the breakfast hours were not as noted. On Saturday, we arrived at 10:30 for breakfast and the buffet was nearly empty, however the staff were kind enough to bring us the few things we needed. The staff were wonderful and added to the exceptional experience of our stay. I will definitely revisit this location in the future. It was a lovely experience.

Amazing stay and beautiful hotel. Staff incredible and the food delicious. Breakfast buffet great to have the a la carte options also included.

The hotel was very good overall with good service, nice facilities and a nice family room which have recently been refurbished. We arrived early however the receptionist was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early, we had booked a twin room as we couldn't see a double room available however the lady changed us to a double room with such ease. Hotel is very clean, room was a very good size and we even saw Deer outside our room in the morning. We used the pool area, the staff were very attentive even lending us a pound coin so we could use the lockers. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Clean and comfortable room with all the usual facilities. Lovely spa and pool - also a gym which I didn’t use. Can’t really comment on service as I only briefly saw someone at check in, but she was very pleasant. A restaurant but I didn’t eat there. Good location for travelling into London the next day. Minor issue: bath towels are a bit small and thin (and I’m not a big lady!)

It was an amazing experience from start to finish the staff were fantastic, very understanding & accommodating to all my needs as forever grateful & would highly recommend.

One of our favourite places to stay. Staff always helpful, good accommodation , food fine , convenient location for Grange Park Opera, lovely grounds for strolling in . You seem to think of everything!
