Второй раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Мне очень понравилось в первый раз, поэтому я вернулся снова. Очень хороший завтрак, как обычно. Но во время моего пребывания в этот раз интернет в номере 409 был очень плохим, и когда я принимал душ, вода из ванны просачивалась в номер. Так что было очень мокро и дискомфортно. И администратора зовут Лили, она не очень профессиональна. В любом случае, надеюсь, что обслуживание группы IHG в будущем улучшится.

Disappointing! Stayed at this hotel in the past and felt the standards had dropped. Our room had been set up as a twin . We didn’t complain but someone arrived to change it to a double when we were just enjoying a coffee and relaxing. The fire alarm went off several times which was unpleasant . We appreciate it needs to be loud but there was obviously a problem with it! The view from the window was just a view over a concrete roof. The staff seemed very disinterested when we waited to be seated at breakfast!The coffee machine was broken ( jugs of hot coffee were available) After breakfast we had intended to relax before leaving but room 118 didn’t allow for this It was directly over a keep fit class with tunes like “ Come on Eileen “ blaring out whilst the instructor sang along!!

We had a wonderful, too short a stay 😊 a beautifully presented Hotel and room, magnificent view and absolutely the nicest most professional team, who were Professional, efficient, polite and courteous

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this hotel at Xmas. This year I had an issue with a another travel partner that failed to communicate booking details with me and then claimed my booking was not on their system despite it showing up on the hotel’s system. Ruby & Suzanne at reception were phenomenal. Their kindness, persistence and excellent customer service were second to none. I am so grateful to them. In addition the grounds of this hotel are stunning, it’s a great location, very clean, comfortable and brilliantly priced. If you’re visiting Bradford or Leeds I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel with nice decor rooms. As i came from far and i have electric car the biggest benefit was the Tesla superchargers. I got the basic room and it didn’t include breakfast or access to the gym/pool. Parking overnight is a £5 charge. So for me everything was an extra even when i asked for dental kit as i forgot my toothbrush it was an extra £1. There was no phone for room service either in room so i had to go downstairs. Great room otherwise.

Joanne's service was excellent—she provided detailed analysis and recommendations, guiding us to upgrade to a sea-view King bed room. This allowed us to enjoy the stunning sunrise and sunset over Brighton’s coast under the warm sunshine, making our trip even more memorable. We hope to visit again in the future and look forward to receiving any room offers from you.

Красивое место. У меня был замечательный номер на углу с фантастическим видом. Единственная поднятая проблема заключалась в том, что не было туалетной бумаги и был только один пакетик горячего шоколада и одна пачка печенья, поэтому мы не могли съесть ужасный шоколад и пачку печенья каждый вечер. Остановился бы здесь снова и воспользовался бы спа-услугами. Бассейн, паровая баня и сауна были идеальными. Еда была 5*.

Good hotel with (paid) parking. Clean and maintained well rooms. Small coolers/fridges are also available on request. Good cheap alternative to hotels more central to the neighbouring cities

We stayed 2 nights in the hotel and found the room to be really comfortable, the staff really friendly and helpful, and the food was really excellent. We didn't use the spa facilities as always arrived too late but the pool looked really inviting. Location was also good as just a few minutes off the M1. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at this hotel.
