Это старое здание недалеко от набережной. Снаружи слышно крики чаек; отличная атмосфера! Само здание создает ощущение некоторой замкнутости. В нем маленькие комнаты, низкие потолки, узкие, извилистые лестницы и наклонные полы. Если вы предпочитаете простор и открытость, это место вам не подойдет. Но персонал очень компетентный и дружелюбный. До паромного порта и железнодорожного вокзала можно дойти пешком за несколько минут. Надеюсь, приеду еще раз.

The hotel is decent. Would have been great if the room came with a mini fridge, slippers and bath robes as they do have swimming pool / sauna and jacuzzi. But all in all it’s a decent hotel for the price

The hotel itself needs a new lease of life. A lock of paint, change carpets and mordenise the bathrooms and furniture. Our chair had stains. Apart from that wow lovely grounds my goodness, staff friendly and helpful, lovely touches like the water and juice available in the reception lobby nice decorated. Loved the gym and pool area too especially the jacuzzi very nice. The ceiling above the roof needs attention, plenty of parking very good and the beds were super comfortable. The TVs well needs bigger and newer ones. Breakfast very nice thanks.

I last visited Rowhill over 15 years ago. It has unfortunately lost its exclusive, luxury look and feel. Whilst bedrooms have changed and have a more modern look, the finish is not great and color choices not kind on the stains. They seem to have added a relaxation room which was a nice touch but. Slightly on the dark side to enjoy flicking through the magazines on offer. The bar food was better than nothing but plenty of room for improvement. Great breakfast though. Like a lot of these places the do not focus on the detail. The spa area now needs a loveing touch so it's on par with many of the new spas emerging or a good price review! Saying all that the staff were lovely, helpful and professional. I made the most of my stay and would still recommend.

Disappointed with the pool , dirty, no cups available for water, locks broken on doors . Floor slimmy. Room ok but dusty at the bottom of the tea station, fan not working in bathroom, Breakfast was terrible, orange juice was really watery and tasteless , plates too hot and no serviettes provided to hold , cereals were ok , no pastries very poor selection for the price , bread was cheap and soggy and when toasted burnt...yuk ! Too much pepper on the tomatoes , baked beans cheap and nasty , sausages were nice, bacon horrible and cooked in clumps so some were under cooked and some extremely crispy and salty. For the price of £17 a head , I think the breakfast was 1/5. lady staff member was very nice, polite and helpful 5/5. Sorry to say but we won't be back 😞

We booked this hotel for location and spa. The hotel was lovely but the spa was dirty and lacking in spa experience facilities. I feel this should be sold as a hotel with a pool. Disappointing spa experience for a 4* hotel and feel like this hotel has miss advertised the facilities. The shutter to the spa was down before 6pm on Valentine’s day. At check in we were told that you will get towels and robes at the spa and last entry to the spa was 8:30pm. When we arrived at the spa area reception we were only given a towel and told robes are only for guests on a spa package, contradiction to what we were told at checking in at the hotel. The pool area and changing rooms was very dirty. The pool side showers were out of order and looked like they had been for a while. The area where the jacuzzi used to be had been boarded up and looked like it’s had been for a long time. The pool was cold and also dirty.

Номер идеального размера, прекрасная обстановка, сам отель огромный и очень хорошо оформлен. Великолепный бассейн. Много мест, где можно посидеть и поесть, если захотите. Также есть тренажерный зал и спа-центр (мы ими не пользовались, но знаем, что они есть). В номерах есть телефоны, так что при желании можно заказать обслуживание в номер. Персонал постучал в нашу дверь на второй вечер и спросил, не хотим ли мы добавки чая, кофе, сахара или свежих полотенец. Очень вежливо и учтиво. В целом, прекрасное место, и оно находится буквально рядом с Brands Hatch, куда нам и нужно было попасть. Не могу найти здесь ни одного недостатка.

Дружественный и полезный персонал. Спарочный район действительно спокойный, и хотя паровая комната и сауна были маленькими, они были приятными. Диапазон сидений также хорошо запланирован в доступном пространстве. Had Breakfast and a promotion evening meal that was good value and nicely presented H
